The scope of work for Lexis Solutions involved helping us conduct extensive market research in the automotive service industry, with their focus being on data scraping and analysis. The key deliverable was the business data collection they compiled for us. Lexis Solutions was tasked with gathering comprehensive data on relevant businesses in the country and classifying it by multiple metrics.

We were unsure how to guarantee the accuracy of the data we got, and we gladly learned from them that they could reliably extract it from Google Maps. This was enough of a mark of quality for us, and they proceeded with the scraping. In the end, we did multiple iterations of data scraping to identify what we really needed and filter out to keep the data as lean and relevant as possible.

With the end list of business data, we also scraped each business’s user reviews. The developer from Lexis Solutions helped us also classify it by the following criteria: region, town, neighborhood, business category, review score, number of reviews, business offices

In general, because of the relatively limited scope of the project, we had 2 measurable outcomes that guided us forward:

• Complete Data Set: The collected data after multiple iterations of scraping on a large number of relevant businesses in the country.
• Client Segmentation: Based on the collected data, Lexis Solutions effectively segmented potential clients into specific categories, enabling us to prioritize our marketing efforts and tailor our messaging for each segment.

Lexis Solutions' project management was generally effective, ensuring the successful completion of the requirements. They dedicated one expert with whom we continued our day-to-day communication. He was able to deliver items on time and was highly responsive to our needs throughout the engagement.

• Data Visualization: While the data analysis and insights were of high quality, incorporating more data visualization elements such as graphs, charts, and infographics in their reports would have made the information more accessible and easier to understand for stakeholders not deeply involved in the study.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Lexis Solutions could have offered a training session or provided additional resources to help our team better understand the data scraping and analysis techniques used in the project. This would enable us to utilize the data collected more effectively and make informed decisions in the future.

Despite these areas for improvement, Lexis Solutions' overall performance was impressive, and their expertise significantly contributed to the success of our market research project. We would gladly work with them again and recommend their services to others.

The project involved identifying the framework for a database, building that database, building a data entry mechanism, generating statistics from the data, building an interface to display the statistics and providing a login page for clients and admin users.

We had regular contact with a single point of contact who was the lead for the vendor.  He was able to coordinate repsonse to queries and involve other team members as necessary.

The vendor worked with us to refine the outcomes as project evolved.  The final product met all our objectives.

Communication was primarily by email with regular video calls.  Response to email was always with 24 hours and video calls were always hosted at a time to suit us.  Communciation with the vendor was excellent in all regards.

We were impressed with the vendor's willingness to understand not just our data presentation needs but also the nature of our business.  The vendor was keen to suggest modifications to our original vision and possible future expansion of the product based on their experience of developing similar products, which could be of significant interest to us.

Overall we were impressed with the level of communication, willingness to adapt and flexibility in working to our timeline.

I did a project description, prepared all the design-files in .Sketch and delivered all screens that needed to be created in wordpress. We had a briefing meeting, where I went through everything. Within a short time the dev. created all the pages, following the design thoroughly, and made a walkthrough with me on the flow and animations while briefing me up on how to use the modules and elements, so I could create extra pages with my client. A well done delivery.

Since it was a small project, I only worked with a PM and a DEV. It worked perfect, since this project didn´t require a whole bunch of people.

Our customer was very satisfied with the outcome. This website had to play together with their new visual identity we have been working on, and then they had to be able to build on the pages themselves.

A fast and professional delivery with a Wordpress theme, easy to work with and to create the content ourselves.

Floating soft launch made it work fine, since we, while publishing and learning the works around the modules, minor bugs was fixed on the run.

the main project was the launch of the v2 of our mobile app which was quite an important and complex project, our mobile app has a lot of moving parts as well as many users, so we needed to make significant changes to the app without breaking the actual logic for users. Key deliverables were new iOS and Android app, with 4 key features each (security scanning, price comparison, coupons/cashback, user authentication)

in a little under 3 months Lexis delivered great and functioning new apps, there were very few bugs in the builds they prepared and when discovered it was fixed quickly, our users have been happy with the new version

very reactive and available, they adjusted to our project management style and used our PM tool (clickup) as well as integrated into our slack for faster exchanges with me and our main dev team. Communication was super fluid and deadlines were respected, even when it required extra efforts to publish things on time, they were always ready to help.

We wanted to be able to build a data base using google workspace and letting teacher upload their work, class, cases with a minimum amount of informations and a fast way for any user to find them back. First we needed to build the structure and also being able to make it grow. Each file could be at different places in the google workspace. The idea was that you could find anything anywhere and everywhere. The goal was successful. Behind the scene was mainly Google app Script.

The project has now grown very big with over 25000 documents and the plateform is robust. We are very happy.

Meeting were scheduled, work was done in between. It was very easy to speak. It was like a ping pong.

I found how they would reply to our needs fast and were also very helpful in giving us solutions to problems we didn't see yet.

Yes sometimes it was hard to follow as they work very fast and I couldn't understand all the new features. I told them to go slower on the technology and programming they used.

The StaffSquared.com platform has grown in terms of features, functionality, partnership integrations, and mobile app integration. We are now able to quickly respond to bugs, updates, and centralization of services, increasing our ability to scale for the marketplace.

Timelines are estimated based on the current sprint. We communicate back and forth around QA / testing and make updates as needed.

We had a difficult situation where the platform performance impacted all clients. Lexis Solutions is able to rapidly resolve the problem and update the platform to resolve and remove the issue. Customers were very pleased with the rapid response.

We have been very pleased working with Lexis and do not have any areas of improvement.

We worked with Lexis Solutions on a continuous basis for Web development, CRM development with custom order flow, sales pipeline development including task management and lead acquisition. Additionally, advanced BI insights had to be developed to track sales efforts. For the development, the team employed the most modern and robust technologies, such as React, Node.js, GraphQL, Docker & Kubernetes.

The impact on our business results through the developed solutions have been immense. The developed CRM formed the basis for the scalability of our business model. We were able to increase sales by +210% compared to last year.

Whether it was a sudden switch in objectives or tight deadlines, Lexis Solutions always delivered on time and in quality. Their skill to really dive deep into customer requirements and vision needs be mentioned positively, as well.

Lexis Solutions was brought to our attention by a close friend. By that time we had already received a proposition from another company yet we took the time and met with Emil and Milush from Lexis Solutions.

During our first meeting we clicked and spent the next 2 weeks in full-day brainstorms that lead to a new, broadened vision of what balans.bg should look like. Lexis Solutions proved to be not only executers, but partners that could give ideas and enrich the product. You cannot buy this attitude so even before receiving a competitive pricing we had stopped onto them.

balans.bg proved to be a very dynamic project. The initial specification was created after the first 2 weeks of non-stop meetings, discussions and brainstorming were over. We started the implementation phase right after that and work in milestones until this day. We would meet 2-3 times per week and discuss how the project is progressing and also discuss any ideas that may have came up. We do make little changes often and Emil have proven very flexible in implementing them.

We agree on milestones and a time frame in which the features of the milestone should be ready. Payments are made monthly depending on how much hours they have worked.

We work with 3 people - 1 full-time, 1 part-time and 1 that is currently part-time but was full-time for the bigger part of the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services?

The project is unique with nothing of the sort on the market. We did not believe it could be done as we imagined it - with all the complexity of links between resources and the actual parsing of all those different types of legal acts. But we did it and that's what's most impressive. The general feedback would be that Emil, Milush and Stefan made what seemed impossible possible.

We are in a non-stop communication with Emil. We meet every other day in person and exchange emails for weekly updates and ongoing questions. Emil is responsible for the whole system and I synchronize my expectations of when milestones will be ready with him.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As I already described Lexis Solutions completed a project that we thought improbable to successfully implement. Rather that focusing on the problems they thought of solutions and made it happen. That being said their availability and willingness to communicate are also at the highest levels we have seen.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

A few times milestones were postponed due to over-communication. This happened as new features were added to the milestones on-the-go. It is sometimes better to call new implementations off so we go on schedule. It would be OK if in these situations Emil prioritizes the current tasks and leave the new features for the next milestone.

Our goal was to create a software application for customer feedback analysis and more specifically text and sentiment analysis. We hired Lexis Solutions to develop the application end to end for the requirements gathering to delivery and deployment.

The business value of the application is the extraction of topics and improvement areas, sentiment and emotion out of text messages, posts on social media and verbatims from customer satisfaction surveys to provide an indication on how our customers' products and services are being perceived and what the end customer feedback or pain points are.

How did you select Lexis Solutions LTD and what were the deciding factors?

We have reached out to a variety of companies we've met before. Lexis Solutions pitched to the company in the past. We went through our due diligence and looked at cost-effectiveness and how together we would work well.

Then we did a technical review of the engineers themselves to ensure that our technical specifications can be met. They gave us a really great impression of being professional and thorough.

We work in 2-week sprints, so there is no initial full project scope but broadly speaking the scope of the work was to collect requirements together with our team, describe them in user stories and estimate them, prioritize and plan each sprint accordingly.

There were also at certain stages customer releases with major functionalities and these milestones were met on time. The scope of the work included also testing, Dev Ops, integration and deployment. After the final stages of the product are released Lexis will also support the application through an SLA with us.

We worked with four developers in total. Two of them were engaged with the front-end work, one with the backend and another one who was more focused on building the API.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We partner closely with Lexis Solutions, whose team members support the members of our team. They easily plugged into our meeting rhythm and communication process quickly, so they really felt like a part of the team. They worked hard if we had deadlines to reach in their iterative process.

They staffed us with the right people at the right times. When new people were introduced to the development, it was always a seamless transition. Generally, we operate in sprints, and Lexis Solutions team members contribute to the deliverables as any other team member would.

We are pleased with this aspect. We organized weekly calls where the entire project team was present to review the project and discuss all design elements and their implications on the development. Then, we mostly used Slack as a day-to-day channel. The CEO also checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was going well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Lexis Solutions takes care of the developers. They invoke the feeling of loving what they're doing. The developers are not only creative but motivated. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were never too busy, despite increasing as a company. Their team was available readily.

The four people that worked on the project were very dedicated. If a particular skill was needed on a project, they could find someone to do it within two weeks. We could feel that they knew the work inside and out.

They certainly weren’t spread too thin on too many projects, and that positively impacted the overall quality of the deliverable. They offered not only the best quality but also the best communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't have a particular major improvement point to mention here. Of course there are always ways a collaboration can be improved. In this particular project we could have done more intermediate releases to our customers to get feedback faster on new development.

Although the overhead was in the end much less then we expected such an approach would have made our progress somewhat faster. This would have benefitted the project overall but wasn't the sole responsibility of Lexis.
