I work as an independent dietitian in New York City.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hyperlink InfoSystem?
I wanted to develop a mobile application that allows users to research dietitians online, check their profiles, consult with them over the phone, and book appointments.
What were your goals for this project?
It can sometimes be difficult to find a reliable dietitian. I wanted to make a tool that made it easier for people to find a dietitian that fits their needs.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
I sought an Indian firm because the cost was a concern of mine, and I wanted to communicate in the same language with the vendor. I used the Clutch website to research and contact nearly 30 Indian vendors. Some companies took too long to respond, others never responded, and some gave quotes near $1 million. Hyperlink InfoSystem was responsive and provided the most reasonable price quote.
Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?
So as to not violate the terms of my NDA, I cannot say much. But I can say that the app is certainly unique.
What was the team composition?
Their CEO was very active throughout the project. I have never seen any CEO so involved in sales and technical projects. We also used a project manager as well as a team of five or six designers and developers.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
I am currently searching for an investor to promote the application. I have no data to share at this point, but I fully believe that the app will improve the way people find dietitians.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
They were patient with me as I learned about the technology involved in the project. We used Zoho for project management and updates, and we took several calls over Skype. Speaking the same language was helpful.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I appreciated the transparency in their working process. I was always made aware of our progress.
