I had this idea for several years but decided to start the project in 2022. I searched for service providers in Australia and other Asian countries, including Bangladesh. However, I didn't receive a satisfactory response from the companies I contacted.

A friend recommended I hire an Indian development company because he found good-quality developers. I searched for Indian companies and found Hyperlink InfoSystem. Hyperlink InfoSystem delivers work on time. Initially, the team had scoped to finish the first development phase in 6–8 months and completed it in seven months. Hyperlink InfoSystem's communication is good through daily meetings, and the team is constantly available to speak with me. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with Hyperlink InfoSystem's grasping speed. During development, I've added requirements to the scope and always received a quick response from the team. Hyperlink InfoSystem provides suggestions and alternatives to my requirements that are cost-effective for my business and would help my users. The team's understanding speed and suggestions are always good for my business. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Hyperlink InfoSystem needs to improve. The development process is good.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Hyperlink InfoSystem's team is very active and provides quick responses. I recommend that potential customers be available during the development project and ensure they have the time to respond to the team. Another advice I can give is to provide quick feedback on Hyperlink InfoSystem's work so they can complete the task on time. I'm available every week to provide input to the team, which has been helpful during development.

I'm the CEO of a company that makes IoT medical devices. Our devices communicate with an app that users can download and get data from the device.

We needed to develop a mobile application for our medical IoT device. I had the idea during the COVID-19 pandemic to build a device that reminded users to take their medicines.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we provided Hyperlink InfoSystem with detailed documentation of what we required. We've also given the team information about our hardware and chip to help them understand what we needed. Our hardware device tracks data and sends it to the mobile app, which is built for iOS and Android devices. Hyperlink InfoSystem has also built a website where users can subscribe to get email notifications if they don't have a mobile device. 

Our device has seven boxes in the hardware for each day of the week for users to store their medicines, and the device sends reminders to users when they have to take their medicines. As soon the user takes the medicine out of the box, the mobile app records they've taken the medicine. The team has completed our application, and we'll work with them on two additional projects. Hyperlink InfoSystem has also supported hardware development by programming chips we bought from China. 

Hyperlink InfoSystem is helping us get our device approved by the US Food and Drug Administration since we need specific approval from the US government to sell our device in the country. The device has already been approved by the UK government. 

What is the team composition?
We've worked with around 8–9 developers from Hyperlink InfoSystem, although our requirements have varied over the months, I only needed two developers for a few months.

I found Hyperlink InfoSystem through a Google search and read their reviews on Clutch. I approached a couple of service providers from the UK, the US, and India. I chose Hyperlink InfoSystem because of their cost-effective solutions. The team called me quickly after I approached them and provided a quote within 48 hours after our call.

Additionally, Hyperlink InfoSystem is an app development company that has in-house IoT developers as well, with a team of 10–12 developers. We could've worked with one company for app development and another for IoT development, but we found both capabilities in Hyperlink InfoSystem.

Our device has been approved by the UK government for commercialization in that country. We've also received funding, which is a huge success. Hyperlink InfoSystem has developed an app that works amazing, and the chips work well, too. The data sent from our device to the app is terrific. The entire Hyperlink InfoSystem team has done a great job and helped us achieve our vision. 

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem is very responsive and has excellent communication with us; even on the weekends, the team has responded to me. We use Jira to collaborate. Hyperlink InfoSystem's project manager and escalation manager help escalate my requirements and return to me quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm mostly impressed that Hyperlink InfoSystem offers several IT solutions altogether because I approached a couple of app development companies that didn't have an IoT development team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Hyperlink InfoSystem can improve. They're a good company, and I'm very happy with our engagement.

I suggest potential customers trust Hyperlink InfoSystem blindly, and they won't need to worry about them.

Hyperlink InfoSystem's project management is very good. They use Jira for project management, where they create sprints and tasks. Thus, I always have an idea about what their team is working on and when it will be done. Whenever I raise questions or queries, I get an answer within 24 hours, and I always get a satisfying answer.

Their team has achieved almost all the timelines set. Whenever they don't meet a timeline, they always give me a valid reason. Some of those delays have depended on third-party technologies we've also implemented in our platform.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hyperlink InfoSystem's main value is the suggestions they've provided to make my app much better than I thought. I'm not a technical person, so I don't have much idea of how to use technology to create the features I want. In that regard, they're great.

There's nothing Hyperlink InfoSystem could improve on. I've never faced any issues with them, and overall, they're doing very well.

Hyperlink InfoSystem supports us in the design and development of our custom mobile application. The app will collect the patients' data regarding medicines and incorporate exercise guidelines. We've asked Hyperlink InfoSystem for the app to measure the users' activities during exercise, and our in-house doctors act as coaches and monitor the users' progress. We've requested a video call functionality so patients can speak with our medical team through the app.

We also work with other teammates, including server engineers and graphic designers, who assist us when needed.

We contacted various service providers in the US, Europe, Japan, and India and shortlisted them according to their work quality. We analyzed the service providers' portfolios and had a limited budget, so this was an important reason for choosing Hyperlink InfoSystem since the budget provided by other service providers was too high for us. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem hasn't launched the mobile application yet, but we're satisfied with their work. This project is a new venture for our company since we aren't technical professionals, and the team offers good technical support and guidance. The team has good design and development processes and follows our data. 

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem delivers work on time. The team plans to finish the app in the first week of May, and so far, all tasks have been delivered according to our timeline. We've had some delays on our end because of payments, and we couldn't keep Hyperlink InfoSystem's team waiting for 4–5 days. This instance has caused a delay in our project; however, after we sourced the issue with our bank, the team provided all the necessary resources to work on our project. 

Hyperlink InfoSystem works within our budget, and when we had some scope changes that increased the original quote, the team explained the increase appropriately. We communicate with the team via Skype and WhatsApp, who provide updates every ten days or whenever they have relevant progress to share. Hyperlink InfoSystem are good speakers and communicators. The team always knows what they want to ask and have direct communication with us.  

Hyperlink InfoSystem's project manager has good technical knowledge and offers support in that area, providing technical suggestions. I talked to project managers from other companies who are only dedicated to planning work, and Hyperlink InfoSystem's project manager provides technical help, too. He has excellent listening skills. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hyperlink InfoSystem's technical knowledge is impressive. The team has good leaders who offer good suggestions and technical support. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Hyperlink InfoSystem can improve. I haven't noticed any lack in their processes. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I've already recommended Hyperlink InfoSystem to a colleague in Honduras who has an automobile business and needs to create a website. I suggested he be clear about his requirements with Hyperlink InfoSystem so the team could provide accurate quotations and timelines. If the client isn't clear about the requirements, the project will be a hassle.

The entire project was designed from start to finish. It is operational right now, and a large number of people have ordered meals using our site. Outstanding achievement! We've never had any production issues. The applications are highly responsive and have received five stars on both iOS and Android.
