I joyfully point potential clients and strategic partners to my website if they want to know more about me. It's been very useful in conversations with people I just met.

I was in contact with one account manager who knew how to direct my questions and provided me with guidance for the next steps. I received detailed instructions both in email and video recordings that made it very easy to know how to keep things moving.

I am confident that I have a website that rests on a solid foundation. These guys have figured out both the process and configuration of the website that quickly and effectively leads to a working website.

The Free Website Guys developed my website in PHP. The platform is a final destination for potential clients to book their coaching sessions. We offer individual and group sessions. The website is done in a straightforward manner to allow me to update and maintain it. Their team connected my website to Google Analytics, as well.

I worked with the team leader. I know there were individuals working behind-the-scenes, but I’m not sure how many.

The platform just went live. The Free Website Guys worked at a good pace, producing a website that is easy to understand and navigate. They provided a lot of support and recommendations to explain why specific implementations were better than others.

They’re responsive and finished the project on time. Their team managed my expectations well.

I am not sure of the team composition as such. However, I was in touch with Sven throughout and then I had Mia who connected at the initial stages.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with you! Great communication, great service and they are a great resource to help jumpstart your website, especially if you don’t know where to begin. Sven was helpful and kept me updated throughout the process.

Overall it took about a month to complete their services, which worked for me, and now I will begin the design and customization portion, which they gave me videos on how to start the process. Their videos are also very clear and informative as well.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was managed so effectively that every question I ever had got answered, I always knew what Sven was working on, he provided clear, detailed and easy to follow instructions in the steps I was required to take on my end.

I basically found them through luck as I saw a website of a colleague has been made by them as well. So I looked at their website and it looked nice, so why not give it a shot I thought. Turned out to be a good choice!

Basically I got hosting for the website and picked themes and then there were always back and forth instructions on what comes next. Very detailed with videos and easy to understand even for a newbie like me ^^

I got a easily customizable website that I'm happy with. It looks good, is fast and that's all I wanted!

They did an amazing job, were wonderful to interact with, and they don't charge to build the website!

They charge for higher-level projects (if you want to do something advanced), and you can buy additional add-ons with them (like SEO help), but their free-website service is not something they charge for and you don't have to buy any of their other services if you're not interested. Very unique model and I would absolutely recommend them!

We were looking for a cost-effective solution to start with and to work with people that have the skills, the expertise, the knowledge, passion for their work, be responsible and give us good results! From their recommendations and the communication I had initially with The Free Website Guys, I felt that they meet my expectations.

Our communication was made mainly through e-mails and from their side, were very informative and organised as every step was planned and they were several steps that needed to be done also from my side. They had organised everything with tutorial videos and forms to fill, so no information would be lost!

Also, every time they were completing one task, I was getting an overall report. That sort of communication was very helpful, as we didn’t spend long hours in calls but we had a workflow that was progressing!

I was assigned a project manager to support and build up the website and we were in daily contact :)

At the moment they are not available.

The workflow was very effective as the communication from both sides was constant and I could have frequent updates for the work done. Sometimes, there were delays from both sides, but this didn’t interrupt our project, as we didn’t have a certain deadline, and mainly all the delays were happening to find out better solutions for the issues we were facing, and I highly appreciate that.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their business model! In the beginning, I thought that probably this business model is not effective and after the completion of the free projects, people will not come back to them. Surprisingly, I caught also myself wanted to continue working with them due to their expertise, kindness, focus on the client and passion for work!
