There is no impact yet because there is a lot of text I need to change, ad and write down at my home page, as well it's necessary to translate it in 2 other languages. Web page is not ready for 100% at this moment, so impact on my business will be after web page is done completely.

Project management was effective and excellent.

I am really pleased with the work of the Freewebsiteguys.com in creating my home page. The work process was constructive, swift and understandable, divided into concrete steps with video guides and good suggestions for more useful ways to create my home page.

I certainly recommend the Freewebsiteguys.com to anyone who wants to create their own internet homepage. The Free Website Guys is knowledgeable and forthcoming. They work quickly and at the end of each work they send a report, explaining what they have done. Overall good experience.

Sven and Casey did an awesome job guiding me through the process. They were quite responsive and helped me to answer all of my questions. Highly recommended.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They did an amazing job, were wonderful to interact with, and they don't charge to build the website!

They charge for higher-level projects (if you want to do something advanced), and you can buy additional add-ons with them (like SEO help), but their free-website service is not something they charge for and you don't have to buy any of their other services if you're not interested. Very unique model and I would absolutely recommend them!

I was very happy with the process.

We were looking for a cost-effective solution to start with and to work with people that have the skills, the expertise, the knowledge, passion for their work, be responsible and give us good results! From their recommendations and the communication I had initially with The Free Website Guys, I felt that they meet my expectations.

Our communication was made mainly through e-mails and from their side, were very informative and organised as every step was planned and they were several steps that needed to be done also from my side. They had organised everything with tutorial videos and forms to fill, so no information would be lost!

Also, every time they were completing one task, I was getting an overall report. That sort of communication was very helpful, as we didn’t spend long hours in calls but we had a workflow that was progressing!

I was assigned a project manager to support and build up the website and we were in daily contact :)

At the moment they are not available.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective as the communication from both sides was constant and I could have frequent updates for the work done. Sometimes, there were delays from both sides, but this didn’t interrupt our project, as we didn’t have a certain deadline, and mainly all the delays were happening to find out better solutions for the issues we were facing, and I highly appreciate that.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their business model! In the beginning, I thought that probably this business model is not effective and after the completion of the free projects, people will not come back to them. Surprisingly, I caught also myself wanted to continue working with them due to their expertise, kindness, focus on the client and passion for work!

I can't think about something that could be done better.

While the website is online, I am still in UAT, and the vendor has not responded in 2 weeks. Issues are not resolved, and the website lacks a professional appearance.

I also can't cancel the subscription because they provide no way to cancel.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The last response I got from the vendor as we want our clients to be happy and nothing for almost 2 weeks.  I literally created a google document listing out mobile and desktop issues, and they failed to fix half the time. It been too long a timeline for this type of project. 

I don't think they are capable of fixing this website and I want a refund and a cancellation of the subscription.  Can't fix UATs/issues effectively and can't cancel their Website Pro+ service. Not getting responses over email or by phone. Have not responded to me in 2 weeks, failed to fix UATs/issues submitted, unable to reach them to cancel a Pro+ website subscription and no one ever answers their phone number. They use disconnected numbers.

The company followed up in the early stages of the project (usually 3 days), but as we progressed in the project, responses took longer, and UATs items didn't get fixed. I had to repeatedly record videos, create documents, and lay out the issues for the logo and website. 

The company has not responded to me in almost 2 weeks, and I have an unprofessional and unattractive website. 

I also requested a cancellation of the Website Pro+ subscription. No response, I tried calling the number on the website and on the invoice, and either the number disconnected or no one called back.

Honestly, only their low price, and initially it appeared they had a structured process.

Respond to emails more quickly, provide a way to cancel their subscription, answer their phone, and use a phone number that is connected. 

Correct all the UATs submitted or ask questions if they don't understand. 

The company responded quickly to a review of them but not to me about my project.

The team hasn't provided any updates or estimated timelines about when the website will be fully launched. Moreover, they don't answer when we ask about the timeline.
