Their outreach program is definitely a life changing digital platform for a small business owner like myself.

The Free Website Guys created my website. The site includes backup, security, Google Analytics integration, and loads quickly.

I found them through Google. They popped up while I was surfing the internet. I wasn’t looking for a company to build my website, but I stumbled upon them. I read their reviews and figured I should give it a try.

I worked with them from May–June 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I haven’t launched the site yet as I’m still finalizing the design, photos, font style, and color scheme to match my vision. However, the foundation is solid. It’s professionally built, integrated with Google Analytics, and optimized for performance. Once I’m ready to run Google Ads, I’m confident it will help attract customers and grow my business. I plan to track bookings, website traffic, and how many people reach out through my contact form. I’ll also keep an eye on ad performance and how visitors interact with the site using Google Analytics.

How did The Free Website Guys perform from a project management standpoint?

They weren’t super fast at replying (usually 24–48 hours), but they set that expectation from the start, so I appreciated the transparency. The Free Website Guys were professional and efficient. They got the backend and theme setup done in just a couple of weeks. They also gave me a detailed report, which honestly felt like something I’d only get if I paid thousands. I felt valued as a client, even though the service was almost free.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Free Website Guys’ business model is focused on building trust first. When a startup becomes successful, they will be the entrepreneur’s first choice because they helped scale the business with a professionally made website.
