I work as an Account Manager for Digital Advertisting at Quantcast (in Dublin). This project was a personal one, as I was eager to help my sister launch a elegant and professional website for her Praxis offering psychotherapy services online and in Vienna.

We wanted to build a professional website with a highly adaptable theme, fit for mobile devices, visually elegant and fit for her psychotherapy services.

Since Day 1, the Free Website Guys were brilliant. They initially helped us transfer the domain we already had into Bluehost. A definitely tricky back and forth but it worked seamless using all their guidance and explanations.

Once that was setup, they took care of setting up everything in the backend on Wordpress - a process that can be very daunting for anyone who hasn't used Wordpress before or created a website on there. They setup essential plugins for best management and website performance based on their extense experience.

They additionally setup the Google analytics and backup plugins in order to keep our site saved externally in case anything happens. In regards to communication, working with them was easy and straightforward. Every step of the way was explained with video recording.

I personally found this method very new but also very efficient/and easy to understand. I also had to record a video myself asking for the adaptations required for the theme we were using for the website.

Overall, the Free Website Guys made the process easy to understand and they helped us with all the adaptions we needed for the website. They also additionally setup a language plugin,since my sister is able to give therapy in three languages as this was a crucial for the website.

We are still setting up the creative adaptations with pictures and text for the website, but I have a very positive feeling that this will help launch my sister's career faster than with her old website.

Impressive! We were able to get all done by emails and video recordings. The Free Website Guys work well digitally and are setup for the future working environment - especially when projects are of smaller size. I can imagine they also offer 121 meetings if they are working on a more complicated endeavours.

I was excited to be working with such a knowledgeable, efficient and fast paced team. They know their business in and out. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking help with their digital websites or services.

I got a fully functional and well-designed website, with clear instructions in regard to making edits myself now and in the future. I am very pleased with the end result, as I am sure it is of quality and was made according to my project's needs.

I really appreciate the constant feedback I received from the team. They kept me posted on every step of the process and were very fast to answer questions that came up along the way while providing sensible solutions. I think their communication style is definitely an asset that makes the experience much more pleasant.

It has been truly a pleasure to work with the Free Website Guys. In the beginning, I was not very sure what to expect but they are a very professional and super friendly team, ready to take you by the hand throughout the entire process.

I really liked the way they worked, not just because it was easy for me to understand and follow up on the process, but because I find it a very nice way to work with clients of my own.

I could learn from the methodology they follow. On the other hand, they were helpful, patient, and extremely polite. Explaining me with detail everything they were doing on the backend and how could I help them to finish the project.

I really wanted an online site presence to redirect connections and potential clients from my social media platforms, showing them what I did and how to contact me. The objective was to create a great looking website, which the Free Website Guys really helped with.

I was contacted by someone on Facebook after they left a comment in a Facebook group I was part of. I was then emailed by Sven to complete an initial questionnaire to see if we'd be a fit. From that, I was chosen and we moved ahead with it straight away.

The project took places in a number of stages, with lots of communication in between. First they described the steps of the project in detail, which really helped in understanding what the process would be. I was then asked to purchase the domain hosting through their affiliate link, which was quick and easy to do. '

As soon as that was done, Sven and his team set up the back end of the website, helped me pick a theme and set up the web pages in the way that I wanted. The overall process was simple, easy and no-hassle - with a great website at the end!

I only had the handover a few days ago and I'm still working on creating the ideal look of the front end of the website from my side but the results have been great so far. It has greatly helped to have someone to sort the back end and install all the plug-ins so that I didn't have to research and constantly assess each stage but rather leave it to the professionals, to which they did a great job.

Even though all communication was via email, it was super efficient and thorough. Sven made sure I was happy before moving on to the next steps of the process and I felt reassured at each stage.

They were friendly, efficient, and thorough. Considering they were taking no monetary gain from their work! really shows the values of the company and taking care of the people they work with, regardless!

They built a website for my new photography business. I decided to split my current photography into two one for weddings and the other for portraiture. I had just got done redoing my weddings website and I was dreading working on yet another. I have a tiny bit of web design background, so things like this take me WAY longer than just hiring a professional. I just wanted a pretty site that would be responsive on both desktop and mobile.

I heard about them in an entrepreneurial Facebook group. After reading over their site and loving what I saw, I thought I'll give it a shot. The worst they could say is 'no' and not pick me. But I got lucky and here we are today, I have a lovely new site and it's all thanks to them!

I received their welcome email and they had the easiest steps to follow. Literally anyone could be walked through the steps. Video tutorials in each one that guided me along the way to make sure everything was just right. It was AWESOME!

That they did my whole site from nothing within a matter of weeks! And it's beautiful, for no cost to me! I literally can not thank them enough. I would recommend working with them on any development project. If I got this kind of service for an unpaid project, I can only imagine if I was a paying customer!

When there was action required from my side, the Free Website Guys would send me a tutorial video, where they would address and show every step I had to take, so I knew how to do it correctly. The Free Website guys sent me frequent emails with updates every time they completed a step on my website. The emails contained video tutorials explaining the steps I had to take myself.

When I needed to be more elaborate on what I wanted to tweak in the theme that I selected, Sven, the lead developer, showed me how to record a video with screen sharing. I found this method very effective, as we could be very specific without having to schedule a phone call.

I really liked how professional The Free Website Guys were in terms of both work and customer service. I have to say, I have never worked with a company that communicated using recorded tutorials - this has made the process so smooth and customer-friendly!

Apart from that, talking to The Free Website guys made me feel that there wasn't anything they couldn't do.

After a few discovery emails, they got started on the process. They helped me register for everything we would need. They set up the hosting services and attached a domain to my site. They set up the framework to my site and built the back end of everything. They let me choose a theme for my site and built everything to specification. They gave me the option to add or remove pages if I wanted so that the site fit perfectly with my business and services offered. They set up add ons like tracking, analytics, and SEO optimization, and even integrated my logo.

They just recently finished the site for me within the last few days, but already it's bringing more attention to my company. Now that I've added it to my various profiles, I've immediately noticed people commenting on it and asking questions about what I do. It has definitely boosted conversation around my services and a few people have even told me they were impressed they were with my content. I haven't rolled out much content yet but the impact was instant. It has exceeded my expectations as far as engagement already, and I can't wait to see what it will do for me once it's 100% set up.

Everything was top notch on their end. They kept in contact with me throughout the process, and always responded when i reached out. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly. When there were steps on my end that needed to be completed, they included walkthroughs of each process that were easy to understand and instructional videos to further assist.They kept me updated the whole way through and informed me if there were any issues. I'm 100% satisfied with the way they handled everything.

There's nothing I wasn't impressed with, actually. I had an idea of what went into a website and the prices that people are charging to build one, so when I saw 'Free Website Guys' I wasn't sure what to expect. I was thinking I'd get something that was 'good enough' for what I was trying to do, a placeholder if you will til I could get the money together and build an actual site. That's where i was wrong. Every aspect of this project exceeded my expectations. The quality and performance of the website matches anything you've clicked across online for sure. I've had a few people with supposed professionally built websites compliment me and tell me how much better my site is then theirs. I'm debating on whether or not I should tell them what it cost me...

The cost....FREE! Also the customer service and communication are what I would expect from a company if I was paying 1000's so I was really impressed.
