I found them online and after a few back and forth emails, I selected them based on their friendliness and willingness, and them giving me easy basic step by step instructions to follow through with as I am an IT dummy.

They helped me set up the hosting for my website, set-up my template, helped me to merge mailchimp and then taught me how to make changes on my own whenever I needed to without having to bother them.

It was a successful project with good results, but the number of emails that were most definitely scripted gave me a sense of being upsold that goes with the freemium model.

One day I got a message on facebook from Dayana, at first I thought it was a scam but then I did some digging and saw that they had a site and it seemed legit. I'm a risk taker and also working on a start-up so I understand this process of working for free first. That connected me to the company. I also didn't think there was anything to lose.

I opted for am Astra template and the site is beautiful on all devices.

The time lines were very realistic. I did not feel pressured as I had so many other things going on at the same time. They communicated via email and sent sever videos messages providing clear information about the tasks to be done and the reason why everything was done. Responses to my emails were very prompt and thorough.

The professionalism and customer care was exceptional. There was a lot of thought put into the process and it was smooth.

This is totally personal style here but maybe slight adjustment to the site icon that shows up in the address bar when you search the site. Purely aestheticThe outcome was fantastic!!!

I needed a website to generate traffic to my online courses. I wanted something that was aesthetically pleasing and functional. But I was struggling with the technical side of things which was very time-consuming.
