From the very outset, my interactions were marked by a remarkable level of care that set the tone for everything that was to follow. This first impression reflected the consistency that followed through this short-term project.

Weekly touch points via email and once the website design was started, logging into the website to view, review, and provide feedback on the changes

I would say delivery was within my time schedule.  Email responses were delayed at time, however once acknowledge, turn around response was rather quick.  The team was very responsive to my requests and addressed my concerns with professionalism and expertise.

All communication was done through email, and while at first I thought that would be inefficient, it ended up working out better for me. As a business owner, I am super busy running and scaling it. So emailing Sven and the team at the end of the day was probably the best thing to do. They give clear instructions and they always give a reply to any of your questions. Their process also allows you to make your own personal changes to the website after they hand it to you.
