I was very impressed with how easy they made the process. I'm not a tech savvy person but, they guided me through the process of editing, they provided resources that I could refer back to as needed, and continue to offer support well after project delivery.

I needed help building and creating a website for my consulting company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Free Website Guys set up the website's host and went over website templates and packages for upkeep and maintenance. They installed all plugins, background coding, and apps. The team showed me how to edit the website independently. They created two logos and linked the business email to the forms to ensure I received the client's contact information. The Free Website Guys added videos, logos, menus, and everything except the content, which I did myself.

I found The Free Website Guys through a Facebook ad. I chose them because they had solid reviews and offered free services, which was important because I was on a budget.

The website looks amazing. It was finished on time and with great quality. I expect increased traffic and leads and more revenue for my business.

From the very outset, my interactions were marked by a remarkable level of care that set the tone for everything that was to follow. The initial greeting was warm and authentic, immediately putting me at ease. There was no sense of rush, no hint of impatience, instead, I felt as though my needs and concerns were being given undivided attention. This first impression reflected the consistency that followed through this short-term project.

Weekly touch points via email and once the website design was started, logging into the website to view, review, and provide feedback on the changes

I would say delivery was within my time schedule.  Email responses were delayed at time, however once acknowledge, turn around response was rather quick.  The team was very responsive to my requests and addressed my concerns with professionalism and expertise.

All communication was done through email, and while at first I thought that would be inefficient, it ended up working out better for me. As a business owner, I am super busy running and scaling it. So emailing Sven and the team at the end of the day was probably the best thing to do. They give clear instructions and they always give a reply to any of your questions. Their process also allows you to make your own personal changes to the website after they hand it to you.
