I am not web page designer. Nor do I have much experience in building content. The web pages they provided are easy for me to navigate and add content to. Which is exactly what I need.

The workflow was timely and effective. They made me feel that my project was as important to their team as it was to me.

The personal interest they took in getting my needs met.

Sven is the lead there, but he has others that do design and development, and someone else who does the handover videos. I don't know exactly who is on the team.

My website is not live yet, so I cannot answer this question yet.

Very good, they worked consistently on it whenever possible.

The communication and how clearly everything was spelled out as far as what they needed from me at each stage. I thought I would be overwhelmed, but I wasn't. They made it very easy on my end.

Not really, I can't complain about an amazing free website!! Very easy to work with.
