I had regular contact with the lead developer and he would send followup emails just to make sure I had gotten them. He let me know when the team had finished one step and were moving on to another.

I like how they offer this service for free. They were professional, helpful, and communicative throughout the whole process.

I don't have any real complaints, although it took a bit longer than I thought it would.
