Extremely effective. They have it dialed in. They had amazing tutorial videos and informative emails with clear and concise instructions. He was quick to respond and answered all of my questions.

Their professionalism, as well as their approachability, speed and information they provided. Really friendly guys as well.

I've been having my domain for a while now, but never got the chance to build a great website for it. I tried by myself, but it was more difficult than I thought it would be. I found out about them in a Facebook Group that is a marketplace for bloggers. One of the employees placed the ad.

They guided me through the process of setting up my website, including providing videos. I was informed of the programs they installed on Wordpress and what they are for.

I had contact with the lead developer throughout the process. I don't know the size of the team who worked on my website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I had regular contact with the lead developer and he would send followup emails just to make sure I had gotten them. He let me know when the team had finished one step and were moving on to another.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I like how they offer this service for free. They were professional, helpful, and communicative throughout the whole process.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't have any real complaints, although it took a bit longer than I thought it would.

A little quicker at the end maybe but that's a small criticism. I was very happy with it all.

I found them through a referral on a Facebook group. Their generosity was factor #1, secondly they came highly recommended.

Through a series of email, FWG's used videos and forms to share information which streamlined the communication nicely. They built me Wordpress site hosted by Bluehost using Divi themes.

My communications were with the lead developer and his staff developed the teaching videos et. al.

I received a solid website structure to work with as well as video instructions for making changes. Very pleased with the results.

Very timely and patient. I was ill much of the time during this process and was probably quite slow on my end of things, but I never felt pressured. I was able to work at my own speed and they were very quick to respond each time I caught up!

No! Very happy with my experience!
