We communicated via email, I explained them what the website should look like and then we chatted via email with some documents and videos where they showed me what they did and what they were going to do with my website.

I am not sure but I think around 2-3 people were involved, I personally chatted only with one person, their lead developer.

I chose the theme and hosting and they did the rest. After I purchased hosting and a theme based on their recommendations, they configured the WordPress environment and loaded a set of plugins that helped with SEO, site speed, and security. They also set up Google Analytics, set up backups, and sent me a thorough video on how to use my site.

Sven sent me clear steps that needed to be taken including details I needed to provide, sites I could choose themes from. There wasn't much work needed on my end which was amazing as they took care of everything very efficiently. We settled on an Astra theme to be used on WordPress.

For a free theme, the website looks really good and all the functions needed are plugged in which is perfect. It will be launched in a few days after the final edits are done.
