Sven sent me clear steps that needed to be taken including details I needed to provide, sites I could choose themes from. There wasn't much work needed on my end which was amazing as they took care of everything very efficiently. We settled on an Astra theme to be used on WordPress.

Communication with them (Sven) was very fast and often with an instructional video to follow. And it took only a few weeks before my site was there! Thank you, I don't think I would have it without you! You provide excellent service to people who prefer to work on content rather than trying to figure out how to set up WordPress.

I emailed them an inquiry. They responded and sent me a form to see if I would be a great fit. I had a further conversation with their secretary so they could investigate more if I would suit their ideal clientele. After two weeks I heard I was selected. I was sent options and instructions for hosting. From there, I filled out another form to get started on what I was looking for. They worked on the back and corresponded along the way to ensure I was getting what was requested.
