I was very happy with my overall interactions with Sven. He was professional, polite, and very patient. I was very impressed.

Sven dealt with me in a very timely fashion! My wife and I were able to understand the various communication tools used by the company in describing various necessary tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Working with the Free Website's Guys was a learning experience for me. I am not very tech-savvy and I felt like I was being mentored politely and patiently. He did his best to help me understand the complete process.

I think they did a good job based on my needs and what they had to offer.

They were really good at helping me to decide which template would be best for my business and set up all the technical side of things, linking to Google Analytics and Google Search Console, setting up the daily back-ups etc. A whole array of aspects I never even considered nor knew about.

Provided with video tutorials, each step of the web building process were made simple. Sven worked with me for over 5 months to build my website and I am very pleased with the result! He responds quickly and made sure all my questions and requests were addressed.
