I had my main communication partner - the project manager, he worked with web developers, but I was only dealing with my direct Free Website Guy.

I am in a Facebook group about Costa Rica, and someone posted that The Free Website Guys were looking for new projects. I responded to her ad, basically.

They built my website, all the back end stuff, as well as optimizing it with SEO apps

Sven is the lead there, but he has others that do design and development, and someone else who does the handover videos. I don't know exactly who is on the team.

My website is not live yet, so I cannot answer this question yet.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very good, they worked consistently on it whenever possible.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The communication and how clearly everything was spelled out as far as what they needed from me at each stage. I thought I would be overwhelmed, but I wasn't. They made it very easy on my end.

Not really, I can't complain about an amazing free website!! Very easy to work with.

I had regular contact with the lead developer and he would send followup emails just to make sure I had gotten them. He let me know when the team had finished one step and were moving on to another.

I like how they offer this service for free. They were professional, helpful, and communicative throughout the whole process.

I don't have any real complaints, although it took a bit longer than I thought it would.
