I found them through a referral on a Facebook group. Their generosity was factor #1, secondly they came highly recommended.

Through a series of email, FWG's used videos and forms to share information which streamlined the communication nicely. They built me Wordpress site hosted by Bluehost using Divi themes.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

My communications were with the lead developer and his staff developed the teaching videos et. al.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I received a solid website structure to work with as well as video instructions for making changes. Very pleased with the results.

Very timely and patient. I was ill much of the time during this process and was probably quite slow on my end of things, but I never felt pressured. I was able to work at my own speed and they were very quick to respond each time I caught up!
