They crated our website from scratch but did not have the funds to do so. They offered their services and coached us. The Free Website guys have been a huge help in setting up my website. The team was very patient and took me through every step thoroughly until the process was complete. We were hoping to attract more clients and have a better digital footprints and to also be more attractive to bigger brands.

I had a look at some of their projects and upon having conversations with some of the team members, i was quite confident that they were the right people for the job.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss my business and what services they offer. They took me through the process of how we would all work together and sent me samples for me to pick something that would suit my business. After i picked, we had constant communication on what to add and remove on the website as long as the benefits of the options offered. They took me through the WordPress tutorial and it was helpful.

We've definitely gained more recognition form having a website, with a major company enlisting our services.

A friend referred me to this vendor and said they were fantastic to work with, and after looking at her website and being very impressed, I decided to contact The Free Website Guys to discuss my project.

I choose the webhosting, they go in and start setting up the back-end of my Wordpress website: plugins, security enhancements, SSL, SEO settings, permalinks, etc. I then pick a theme and tell them what parts of the theme I want to keep/modify/delete. After they make the modifications and are done customizing my website the way I want, they'll send it back to me with a detailed video showing me how to use my website, both the back-end and the front-end.

I'll then be able to make changes and updates whenever I like so that I don’t end up needing to hire a web developer further down the line and can manage my own website independently.

Their communication was consistent and timely and they would send frequent updates throughout the entire process. It explained in great detail what they were working on every step of the way.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. The emails sent to me gave exact instructions on anything I needed to complete on my end which eliminated the need to ask questions or get clarification.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Thefreewebsiteguys have made creating a website such a seamless, streamline, and fun process. Their communication is on point and thorough. They explained each step in the process in a way that even the most non-technical person could understand. They really have perfected creating websites, and I hold them in such high regard. They will forever be the ones I reach out to whenever I need to build a superior website. I can't thank thefreewebsiteguys enough!

5 stars for Sven and the rest of his team! They took the time to understand my idea, and were always prompt to answer my questions! They sent over several instructional videos, and also were kind to install a bunch of useful plugins for no additional charge, as well as advise me on further plugins and choice of theme.

WP can be a complex environment to set up with many moving parts, and I really appreciate the patience and help in getting the website up and running! Highly recommended and will use them for future paid gigs!

The experience was awesome. I initially thought that this would be just another way get me to purchase stuff that I sis not need, but I have to tell you, there is very little that is free in this world, thefreewebsiteguysis that rare exception. There is a modest cost involved but nothing compared to if I hired a website developer. Sven, thank you and your team so much.
