To produce a new website that had become outdated, the website needed to be of a simple design, quick and easy to navigate. the platform selected was WordPress.

the project was split into phases discovery, hosting set up, word press environment set up, design phase then build and test.

Obviously, the fact they were free was a major attraction initially After some deep diving into who they were and what they offered, it was a no-brainer. Great service and quality.

From start to finish the communication was on point. Their lead guy, Sven was extremely detailed, thoughtful and thorough throughout the whole process. They used WordPress to create the website and Divi for the template.

I was in contact with Sven so not sure on the size of the team.

It's still too early to say but they delivered with flying colors and extremely happy with the final product.

All communication was through email. Fantastic and flexible as at times it took me ages to respond. They would follow up and check-in too.

The Free Website Guys help me to design my shop website. I am really grateful because their instructions were very user-friendly, easy to follow, and to understand.

Sven was always willing to help me when I needed support with issues that didn't have much to do with the website itself, but with domains, and passwords. I really recommend TFWG because not only did I get a website, but I also got support and help during the process.

Even in difficult times when I couldn't answer quickly, Sven got back to me as soon as I replied and the effectiveness and quality of their work were amazing. They used several options for customizing my website, and all of them were user-friendly.

I'd say contacting through different social media to see the real people behind the screen to increase the level of trust.

They selected me! I randomly saw a competition to enter where the prize would be for them to build me a website and crazily enough I won. Before entering I researched if they were legitimate because it really seemed too good to be true, but it was real.

After they had chosen my idea, we spoke back and forth via email elaborating more on my idea and what I expected from my website. At every stage of the build they sent me videos for my part that I had to action such as choosing a hosting platform, domain name, if I wanted to use free or paid themes that they would build upon. Every step was clear, especially for me who has had little to no experience in building websites.

The Lead Developer, Sven worked with me pretty much from start to finish, and assisted occasionally by his colleagues.

They are very quick with communication despite the huge time difference - US/Philippines. In fact it was my own schedule that meant this project took longer than it should have.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their service was actually free, but the quality was so professional. The hosting and themes cost a bit but the labour of setting up the website was totally free. They didn't forget about me, especially when it may have seemed like I had forgotten about them.

None so far. I didn't have many expectations but I am very happy with the outcome so far
