I spoke with a few other vendors in the past, but they wanted to charge a whole lot of money. When I came across this vendor and saw their qualifications my decision was made quickly.

The process was amazing. It was a step by step process. First I provided them a detailed documentation of what I needed, then they provided next steps. Once they were done with that particular step, they provided detailed information of what I needed to do.

Sven was my point of contact but he had other team, experienced web developers who worked on setting up the site on Wordpress, Google Analytics and Google Ads

Now, I need to fill in the rest of the site. But it’s ready to go. I didn’t have. Website so this is what was needed.

The Free Website Free would send videos explain the process and showing step by step guide on what was being done and what I needed to do. Pretty simple and easy to follow videos.

Mostly worked with one guy who assigned out the tasks to his team. One contact person the process stayed organized.

I've been wanting to create my own website but I wasn't able due to the lack of tech knowledge and time. Every time I tried to set up a website, I didn't know where to start and I would get frustrated.

Having the support of The Free Website Guys was a relief because I was able to focus on other areas of my business. I really appreciate their support and mission. I will definitely recommend them to other small business owners.

We had been searching for a developer for a while, but The Free Website Guys were referred and their reviews and the fact that they were essentially free was the deciding factors.

The lead developer provided step by step instruction to get the process started. They also provided detailed updates of all of the work that had been completed.

I only corresponded with the Lead Developer throughout the whole process, but they had an entire team working on developing our website.

We are still plugging in all of the information needed to be add to our website. The tutorials provided by our developing team were a major help.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The adventure of updating and revamping our website has been an uphill journey for us until we connected with The Free Website Guys. After a few failed attempts with other website designs we struck gold with The Free Website Guys. The process was fairly easy, and the Lead Developer was very responsive to any questions and troubleshooting issues that we may have run into. The updates provided were great and very informational. This experience was great, and we appreciated the services provided by The Free Website Guys.

I can't think of a single improvement at this time.
