I initially thought that this would be just another way get me to purchase stuff that I sis not need, but I have to tell you, there is very little that is free in this world, thefreewebsiteguysis that rare exception. There is a modest cost involved but nothing compared to if I hired a website developer. Sven, thank you and your team so much.

The guys were recommended by another agency owner and because it was a reference we decided to give them the project.

Communication was a key factor, we communicate via email, they would always send reports about the progress and explanation videos for us to follow up, add the content, images and tutorials if we required any changes. We use WordPress for this project

A project manager and another member of their team who will be doing the tutorials or answering our questions with explanatory videos

The website was as expected. The theme we choose was adapted and the delivery was as they explained. We had to upload the content and the images following all their instructions.

Communication was crystal clear all the time, same with the timelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way they communicate and reporting the project's progress was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would love not to have done any image or content upload, or think about any design of the website as when changing the content there were some extra things that I had sorted. I would have paid the guys for doing that.

Very organised, we communicated by email and they would always include educational content describing what they had done and how we could carry on maintaining the website afterwards. Always received answers within 24hrs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were so patient, professional and understanding. They are committed to making customers happy, even though the service is free on our end.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Perhaps giving an estimate of the price of website building so that people do not get overly excited by the "free" dimension of the building process and realise what other costs are linked to making a website (hosting, domain, theme, maybe further maintenance etc.). But this is minor because of course clients should also do this research by themselves.

The website creation. I got all the updates via e-mail, as well as the questions and details that I need to provide. Everything what I needed to provide for finishing the project was explained step by step via e-mails and videos, so it made the whole process very easy for me.

I got to communicate with one person, who walked me through the whole process, yet I know that more people were involved in the creation of my website.

After they completed the main website design, they provided step-by-step guides and helpful videos to point me in the right direction for uploading my content.

Moreover, they were able to make important tweaks to my website's mobile view and adjust backend settings to make the site more user-friendly. After choosing the subscription/payment plan for hosting, I selected the theme and let the developer know about my needs and preferences. Then with good quality communication they developed everything and updated me about the process. Finally, I was left to complete the finished website with my content.
