The website functions properly and looks beautiful!

The communication was great. Their instructions were easy to understand and allowed the process to flow seamlessly step-by-step.

Their ability to make a website for anyone, excellent tutorials, and instructional videos were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

A live chat feature with their team would be nice for the times I want to take care of little tiny details in between waiting for email responses

First I got all the instructions and information how the process will look like and what info they require from me to be able to proceed. Then they created the back-end and after I selected my theme they created the website for me. I was informed every step of the way.

I am very pleased with my website created by the FreeWebsiteGuys. Their work is quick, professional and made simple enough to not feel overwhelmed about your website. Instructions are easy to follow, communication is very clear and extensive, you always know exactly what's going on at the backend. I recommend their services if you want a website quick, easy and profesionally built.

Very effective.

The system they developed to be able to work together without having to schedule meetings.

I think there's always room for development, so maybe if I had to say one thing it would be that the review systems they ask for testimonials are a bit complicated.

I was starting from scratch for a website and they set the whole thing up for me. All the backend stuff and security and google analytics. All I had to do was plug in my info and arrange it how I wanted. They were fast and efficient and very communicative throughout the process. It was a great experience.

I was actually approached on LinkedIn by one of their employees, and initially I didn't think I needed their services, but then I decided to give them a try. When I asked them about their process and they explained it to me, I went ahead and agreed to work with them.

After the initial contact, I did have to apply to be selected for the project, since it is free and they receive many applications. Once I was selected, I received an email which explained the next steps for the process. I did have to purchase a plan to host my website through an affiliate link, but that was a small ask compared to what I received in return. After that, they began working on the website, and only really asked me to do my part when I needed to create a login or an account.

I worked with Sven who is a Lead Developer.

Once they were done building the website, I did have to customize it. However, when I realized I did not have the skills or knowledge to do so, I reached out to ask for help, and they were very willing to help me out. They definitely did a great job!

The Free Website Guys are very hands-on, frequently informing me of next steps and sending videos or information about what they have completed and the purpose of each step.

They were so patient with me (I have a very busy schedule, and wasn't always able to get to my steps in a timely manner). Customer service was top notch!

Honestly, no. They were amazing.

I did look at other web developers on Fiverr, then I noticed FWG on Facebook and decided to contact them.

They worked on the back and front end of my website, with me choosing my web theme and how I wanted it to look. I must say they were very transparent every step of the way. In the beginning of the project, they sent me a flowsheet of what would happen in the process and everything happened how it was supposed to.

The lead developer, Sven was the main person who contacted me and his entire team helped with this project.

ighly recommend the freewebsiteguys team. There are quite a few steps to get all you need setup; from domain names, DNS, hosting provider and website themes. I went with all the recommended options, followed the step-by-step process and was very happy with the resulting website.
