They helped me start from scratch on creating my company's website.  They started by sending me a detailed layout of what was going to take place and how things would run smoothly if I just followed the instructions sent each time.  I would receive an email about once a week with instructions of what they needed from me to get my website created and configured. They took care of the hard part(backend) programming so that I could focus on the esthetics of the site.

I only communicated with Sven, he is a Lead Developer.

We search for the most pocket friendly yet professional Website developer and after series of search we find the perfect and the most engaging.

We hadn't have experience in website development before now, but after engaging with the free website, through their steps process we were able to acquire a great skill set and the website was designed.

We have two individual directly committed with us, catalina and Sven, they both form part of the team and I believe their are more of their team members than help in bringing our website to reality.

The result was superb and awesome, we could believe to get a better quality yet pocket friendly website easily but not that we get the website alone but the knowledge learnt in their process make the result more and more great, l can now manage and run the site they build.

They are always informative and helpful. They gave instant notifications about the process and informed us what was next. They also protected my data privacy, so kudos to them.

Many things to mention but few which include:

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes sure one is not 100% complete and no one is perfect. I will suggest they should make their notification channels more than one, mail is perfect as they are using but if WhatsApp can be used to notify that their is message on email it will have been more great, not everyone checked their emails regularly but they checked WhatsApp the most and that will hinder most vital information on next line of action.

Everything was done through email. The website guys give step-by-step info as to what was going on with the website and how to do it all on my own. They also give me instructions on how to give them info about what I wanted to have on my website.

Set up the backend portion of the website to be robust, while giving me some design aspects, too. But when the project was done (in a timely matter may I add), the entire site was up and looks great. I have to go in and do some editing on the front end, but that's just because we are in the process of some decision making

I started by applying on their website so that they review my application for my website idea. After that, they informed me that they were keen on my idea and decided to work taken on my website idea. We then spent the next few weeks working together via email on my new website.

My new site is a lot easier for me to work with than my old site I tried to create. Prior to this, I actually worked on making a website for my business myself for about a year, but to no avail. I was more than excited to work with Sven and his team for my new site. Although everything was done remotely, it fell like I had web developers right here working with me. They were very responsive via email and had personalized videos and documents to help guide me through every step of the process. I just chose a website theme, and they made it happen! Thanks, guys!

There are a lot of steps involved in building a new website. Sometimes I got off track and didn't do things in the right order. They were very patient with me and helped me out when I was experiencing any difficulties.
