I saw them on Facebook and thought I'll give them a try. The deciding factor was that they seem genuine.

Everything was done through email. The website guys give step-by-step info as to what was going on with the website and how to do it all on my own. They also give me instructions on how to give them info about what I wanted to have on my website.

About 3. One was the lead manager, another one was the video guy and another video person.

I could not have done this all on my own and the fact that they are free is a blessing.

Everything was done through email but was easy to get the work done that way.

It has been a pleasure working with them. I have to say that when I first looked into their company I thought maybe it was a sham fake something or someone looking into making something but I really appreciate this and look forward to working with them again someday.

Set up the backend portion of the website to be robust, while giving me some design aspects, too. But when the project was done (in a timely matter may I add), the entire site was up and looks great. I have to go in and do some editing on the front end, but that's just because we are in the process of some decision making

I started by applying on their website so that they review my application for my website idea. After that, they informed me that they were keen on my idea and decided to work taken on my website idea. We then spent the next few weeks working together via email on my new website.

My new site is a lot easier to work on than my old website.

My new site is a lot easier for me to work with than my old site I tried to create. Prior to this, I actually worked on making a website for my business myself for about a year, but to no avail. I was more than excited to work with Sven and his team for my new site. Although everything was done remotely, it fell like I had web developers right here working with me. They were very responsive via email and had personalized videos and documents to help guide me through every step of the process. I just chose a website theme, and they made it happen! Thanks, guys!

There are a lot of steps involved in building a new website. Sometimes I got off track and didn't do things in the right order. They were very patient with me and helped me out when I was experiencing any difficulties.

A live chat feature with their team would be nice for the times I want to take care of little tiny details in between waiting for email responses

I am very pleased with my website created by the FreeWebsiteGuys. Their work is quick, professional and made simple enough to not feel overwhelmed about your website. Instructions are easy to follow, communication is very clear and extensive, you always know exactly what's going on at the backend. I recommend their services if you want a website quick, easy and profesionally built.

The system they developed to be able to work together without having to schedule meetings.

I think there's always room for development, so maybe if I had to say one thing it would be that the review systems they ask for testimonials are a bit complicated.
