We had a web developer who had to cancel our project, so we stayed without a web developer. The Free Website Guys came at the right time to save us and set up everything so we can put our content there and finally have website that we can promote and sell through that.

I got the info from friend of mine that is working with them. Also it was free and that was important deciding factors.

I am not really good in tech so it is hard for me to explain every step of the process in detail. The important thing for me was that I knew about every step in the process and that it was explained that even I understood well. They had no problem to answer every single question I asked.

I was in contact with one but I am sure there was more people working on my website.

We still didn't finish loading the website so I can not tell what are the results except that FWG did excellent job so far. Now it's all on me.

A representative approached me. The presentations appealed to me; I was on the fence about a website. This is an ongoing journey into the future.

After a few emails with a representative, I decided the process might work, Sven spoke to me not as a salesman. I signed up for the domain hosting and the website templates, moderate charge, with which I was satisfied. The steps were undertaken in a timely manner. I am quite pragmatic about the things I liked, everything moved along well.

Not yet. I am travelling around Australia and internet reception is not always agreeable. However, this is part of my journey. I am hoping I can work with the guys as I grow my site.

Their personal attention to my project even though I am in another country, was impeccable. We made it work.

I was contacted on LinkedIn by someone who told me about the service. Shortly after, the lead developer, Sven contacted me and told me regarding the process. I like the fact that the company offers a free service in hopes that people will come back to them in the future.

Sven contacted me, sent me the forms, asked my input and at the end sent me an overall video of what was done during the stages of the project.

There were probably several people working on my project at once, but I mainly spoke with the lead developer who kept me in the loop.

The documentation of the stages was very thorough and it made me feel like there was real progress being made throughout the whole thing.

The lead developer was very easy to work with. During the last month, he sent me helpful videos which I felt were effective.

I was most impressed with the turnaround time. I also liked that this company gave me a link with many theme options to choose from and were willing to make personal changes.

Everything that was done was done professionally. I would not recommend any changes.

And if you are planning to go beyond the standard (still great looking) templates, personal input, and extra work will be required.
