They build a website with the latest and most important plugins installed for everyday use. Additionally, they removed unnecessary bulk, optimized the system for beginners, and provided explanations for every action. In the end, I received educational material on how to use the website.

Lead developer - Sven. A couple of other programmers/developers provided videos and tutorials.

Sven and the team were very helpful in building and explaining how the new website works. It's been a simple process that will make a huge difference for food future and my customers. And if you are planning to go beyond the standard (still great looking) templates, personal input, and extra work will be required.

They tried to minimize the cost to be free while maintaining a professional website-building attitude.

Being new to website building I would want a little bit more support on template management. However, I was told that ongoing support is provided, so I'm sure it will come at the time I need help the most.

We communicated through e-mail and they explained me the steps they needed for me to do. Sometimes I couldn't answer right away so the waiting days became longer.
