I now have the foundation for a customizable site that I can take control of, with all of the technological items set up and in place for me to just now populate with content!

Superb communication from start to finish, guiding with very clear questions and instructions each step of the way for success. Informational/training materials provided in both document and video form, with next steps clearly identified for progress. Tracking of deliverables with reports also sent with each major step of the build achieved.

Willingness to help. Ease of conversation and communication, as well as clarity of said communications and process. Truly a seamless and painless experience from start to finish.

The Free Website Guys are simply awesome! I have always wanted to have my own website but there were always roadblocks and I never managed it until now! They took me through the entire process in a step-by-step, systematic manner. They suggest the best plug-ins, give feedback on themes and keep you informed on everything that is being worked on. I worked with Sven on this and personally could not have asked for a better developer. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a website built.

I actually received a LinkedIn message from an employee atThe Free Website Guys. I wasn't sure what to think of it, but I decided to give them a try.

Sven emailed me about how the process would go. They needed my business name, I picked a website theme and they offered me the different options I had for website hosting. Once all that was picked they started working on the website. Everything took a little over a month to complete. They than gave me instructions on how to upkeep the website.

For the most part I only communicated with one person who was Sven. But I'm sure there were more people behind the scenes.

We still have not launched our site, but the theme and the design of the site looks so much better and professional.

Communication was very good. Timeliness also was good. I would say toward the completion I would've liked daily or every other day communication on the completion process.

I was impressed that they created a very amazing website and did it for practically free. I did pay a one time fee of around $35 for the hosting site but that was all I paid for!

I think overall it was great.

After working with them, I had a functional website design that I liked, and I knew how to go about editing the content to the color scheme and imagery that I preferred.

Communication was pretty steady overall, allowing me the time to work on my own projects while the team pulled the website together.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided several resources to help me make informed choices without worrying about incurring unexpected costs.

While I personally appreciated the steady, unhurried pacing of our email exchanges, those in a rush might be concerned about speed. For the price paid however, I found it well worth the extra time.

The team over at The Free Website Guys provided a true-to-their-word, excellent free website experience. Like many folks, I was skeptical of a "too good to be true" offer. However, I was so wrong! Sven and his team provided me with a fully developed website, ready to be customized to my liking. Yes, you still have to add your own content and photos, but they offer excellent training videos and literally do everything else for you.

I am not really good in tech so it is hard for me to explain every step of the process in detail. The important thing for me was that I knew about every step in the process and that it was explained that even I understood well. They had no problem to answer every single question I asked.

A representative approached me. The presentations appealed to me; I was on the fence about a website. This is an ongoing journey into the future.

After a few emails with a representative, I decided the process might work, Sven spoke to me not as a salesman. I signed up for the domain hosting and the website templates, moderate charge, with which I was satisfied. The steps were undertaken in a timely manner. I am quite pragmatic about the things I liked, everything moved along well.

Not yet. I am travelling around Australia and internet reception is not always agreeable. However, this is part of my journey. I am hoping I can work with the guys as I grow my site.

I was contacted on LinkedIn by someone who told me about the service. Shortly after, the lead developer, Sven contacted me and told me regarding the process. I like the fact that the company offers a free service in hopes that people will come back to them in the future.

Sven contacted me, sent me the forms, asked my input and at the end sent me an overall video of what was done during the stages of the project.

There were probably several people working on my project at once, but I mainly spoke with the lead developer who kept me in the loop.

The documentation of the stages was very thorough and it made me feel like there was real progress being made throughout the whole thing.

The lead developer was very easy to work with. During the last month, he sent me helpful videos which I felt were effective.

I was most impressed with the turnaround time. I also liked that this company gave me a link with many theme options to choose from and were willing to make personal changes.

Everything that was done was done professionally. I would not recommend any changes.
