When the team at The Free Website Guys reached out to me with the offer of setting up a website for me, I honestly thought it was too good to be true. After confirming it wasn't, I was thrilled for the opportunity. I had bought a domain years ago and done nothing with it, not knowing where to start. This team makes it so easy - they guide you step by step throughout the process an handle the heavy lifting of all the back end work. It was an easy and exciting process. It's now up to me to add content to my website which is far less daunting with the simple to follow instructions they've provided. These guys are legit and I am very grateful.

I sent them some detail about my goal and needs by email. from there, the team delivered mock-ups for our site with guidelines. After a few interactions, their teams designed and developed a Blog/business WordPress site

My site is not yet online, we have to work internally to add the content. We plan to launch the website next year !

We had stand-ups with their project lead developer who communicated with the rest of the team. The communication was great. They guide us in every step. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare

They gave us a professional site that’s easy to update. My team had never worked with WordPress before, so they guide us and give us a detail guideline along the way.

I am sure I can contact them is there will be some minors bugs on the website.

Great communication by Sven throughout the project. He explained in simple Layman's language how things would work and how TFWSG would deliver. Then they just did, to time and specs.

Great. The consistency of contact, easy access, and tools that explain each step (e.g. video tutorials etc), all worked seamlessly. Thewy are fast as well!

The Free Website Guys are true experts. They are friendly and approachable and know how to hold the hand of the non ‘tech-savvy’ entrepreneur, helping people like me get a great website—highly recommended.

It was all done online, and the communication from the Free Website Guys was easy and excellent. It included configurations to the WordPress environment, loading plug-ins, setting up back-ups and analytics, setting up Google Search Console, loading themes and pages, built core page structure, set up site navigation, logo, favicon.

I worked with one developer, Sven, throughout the project.

I am still in the process of writing content and the launching it.

The communication was easy and clear. I always got timely replies and information about how the project was going. Requests for information or further action on my part were easy to follow.

The Free Website Guys, and Sven in particular, did a great job in setting up my new website for me. I liked working with Sven and communication was easy and excellent. Thanks to the job they did for me, I'm now looking forward to getting my new venture up and running.

There is nothing to dislike - only lots to like. They did a great job and I can now start my new venture.

I didn't have a budget for a website. I was lucky that someone reached out to me sharing the Free Website Guys with me. I didn't expect so much quality service for free!

The Free Website Guys built my site from scratch! They set up everything from google analytics to installing the theme on my site, removing unneccesary features, installing important plug-ins etc. They built it with great care and expertise and always updated me on the progress.

I was communicating with only one person, but he told me there was a team working on my site, I don't know how many people the team consisted of. I personally liked it that the communication was consistent and always with the same person, because this way it felt more personal to me.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I haven't used my new site yet, as I'm still finalising the customization process. Everything is working well so far and I'm really happy with the design.

I have to say I was slow with responding, but they were not! I usually always got a reply from them within 2 workdays.

The communication was very clear and professional. They answered all my questions with great care.

I reached out to several website developers and was shocked at how expensive they were. I had given up on having a website for my business until years in the future.. until I found The Free Website Guys! Their price was affordable! FREE! I only had to pay for web hosting and by choice I paid for a theme but that was optional, as they had Free choices!

I submitted my application and got approved for their FREE development services. They walked me through all my options. After a few emails back and forth, I got the web hosting, and chose a theme. They walked me step by step through the whole prices and even included instructional videos so I could see every action I needed to take along the way. They created me a beautiful website specific to what my business needed.

I worked with 2 people. The owner and an assistant.

Their process was very thorough. I got a beautiful website with everything I need to run my essential oil business! I know that this website will drive traffic there and I will be able to educate so many people and help them find natural solutions to their health concerns! I'm currently completing my own customizing (adding products, beginning my blog, and linking to classes that I offer, etc) so I haven't launched it yet, but I know Thai the future of my business is bright because of this website!

The team was easy to communicate with and answered back in a timely manner. We stayed in touch through emails and spoke every couple days. They kept me updated throughout the whole process.
