They were easy to work with and walked me through every step. The videos they provide are incredibly helpful for someone who is new to website design and maintenance. As a very small new business this service has been invaluable. Even after the hand off, they sent videos when I had questions. The site was professional but still catered to what we needed.

All over email, overall fine but I tend to be a phone person.

After meeting with them, I discussed my vision and they started to create all the back-end needs for my website. They also walked me through how I can navigate my own website, and provide tutorials of every step.

We found their mission statement of helping individuals that come from impoverished backgrounds develop their own websites to be truly remarkable. They are a company that keeps its word, and to give back in such a meaningful way is admirable and unique.

I wasn't initially looking for someone, but they found me on LinkedIn and asked me if I would be interested. Turns out that I was! I chose them because their service was free - all I paid for was the website itself.

They build the infrastructure using wordpress and set up the website so that I could manage it on my own. They helped me select a design and even inserted my logo.

Many google forms were used to collect information in an orderly way. Progress reports were provided frequently and they were always available if I had a question

The Free Website Guys team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! I was super impressed with the speed at which they worked as well as the friendliness and professionalism. The process was very well thought out and communicated to me at every step. Queries were always handled with warmth and they did their best to make sure I understood what they were actioning! Creating a website can be quite daunting but it was an absolute breeze with Sven and the team. For this I am forever grateful!

When the team at The Free Website Guys reached out to me with the offer of setting up a website for me, I honestly thought it was too good to be true. After confirming it wasn't, I was thrilled for the opportunity. I had bought a domain years ago and done nothing with it, not knowing where to start. This team makes it so easy - they guide you step by step throughout the process an handle the heavy lifting of all the back end work. It was an easy and exciting process. It's now up to me to add content to my website which is far less daunting with the simple to follow instructions they've provided. These guys are legit and I am very grateful.

I sent them some detail about my goal and needs by email. from there, the team delivered mock-ups for our site with guidelines. After a few interactions, their teams designed and developed a Blog/business WordPress site

My site is not yet online, we have to work internally to add the content. We plan to launch the website next year !

We had stand-ups with their project lead developer who communicated with the rest of the team. The communication was great. They guide us in every step. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare

They gave us a professional site that’s easy to update. My team had never worked with WordPress before, so they guide us and give us a detail guideline along the way.

I am sure I can contact them is there will be some minors bugs on the website.
