Because I am still in the beginning phase of my business, it is to early to measure any deliverables. I'll be able to analyze more once it is public.

Everything was delivered in a timely order. I knew from the beginning what to expect and was kept updated on where they were in my website build-out. Receive great training aids to help me understand what I needed to do on my end.

the organization and professional development. Everything was laid out for a beginning or someone more savvy.

We needed a simple website for our new enterprise and came across the Free Website Guys who had the service to make the initial website build on a pro-bono basis. This was the perfect opportunity and once we were approved from the application process, the foundations built for our website have helped immensely in fast-tracking our website for publication in early 2023.

We were recommended this vendor from a close colleague and trusted their word on their recount of the vendor's quality of service.

We had a discovery form to fill out to give the Free Website Guys an idea of what we needed and what we were looking for. From there, the team gave us comprehensive steps to setup our domain and web hosting before we got to the wordpress build. Communication was via email and google forms so it was very straightforward.

A project manager from the team worked with us- they are also one of the lead developer's of the agency.

Thanks to the Free Website Guys, we've been able to fast-track our website development and to a high quality. The team are efficient and always keep you in the loop of your website build, up until the handover. The project manager kept us in the loop where possible and provided full transparency of the project progress as well as whether there were any delays due to project backlogs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The vendor provided us with really easy-to-comprehend resources. The steps to start us on our journey of using WordPress. We have previously used Squarespace for our previous enterprise for a few years, so this guidance was greatly appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would be great to have a visual outline (i.e. a infographic/visual map of the project) of the whole project and what it would look like from start to finish. That will give us an understanding of when information is needed from us beforehand and what we'd need to work on in the next stage.

Easy to use website with the add on of Divi. There were some costs involved but only if I chose to select them such as Divi themes.

Project management was seamless and efficient with excellent communication from Sven

Their professional approach was impressive. I never felt pressured and was able to go through the process at my own pace.

I felt a bit overwhelmed with all the theme choices so perhaps some guidance in that area to help me select the right theme could have assisted me choose more quickly.
