We were impressed with our first communications with the company. When the project began they were customer service focused, very responsive ,highly knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I needed a new website in order to launch my business. The Free Website Guys recommended building the site from the ground up.

One very fortunate day I received an email asking if I would be interested in working with developers from developing countries. I said, " Sure." I didn't know what to expect initially, but they were prompt, professional and very helpful.

Free Website Guys asked me to fill out an application for their services. I was delighted to learn that I had been approved for a "free" website. I asked a lot of questions which they patiently answered and helped me to understand what I needed to do on my end.

I had to take a break in the middle of the process but they patiently waited and answered all the questions that I had. They explained how to sign up for hosting and made a recommendation on choosing a theme. They had me fill out some forms so the process would move smoothly. They were able to finish the backend and front end very quickly.

I worked with Sven a lead developer on the team. There were some other workers, but aside from watching the videos, they created for handing over the site and their work behind the scenes I never met them. I was very impressed however with their work.

I get automatic updates all the time regarding the site they built for me. I never received updates from the site created by Godaddy. I am very pleased with the load time and the ability to change copy on the site. They did a great job!

Sven often answered my questions on the weekends. He was very responsive to my schedule and very patient with my questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were so knowledgeable about all aspects of web development. The fact that they were willing to work for free was astounding.I was so impressed with their work. The "guys" saved me thousands of dollars and made the process so simple! They are an Amazing Company!

I was shocked by how fast they completed what they needed to do to get my site up and running. They were great to work with.

I selected this vendor because of its simplicity and cost.

I believe there may have at least five working behind the scenes with one being the primary contact taking me through beginning to end.

The website was set up to my requirements and design. I am in the process of populating it with pictures and verbiage.

They were highly effective from a project management standpoint.

Easy, knowledgeable, affordable, available for assistance and supporting people in other countries.

My only challenge was one person who created a video who spoke way to quickly. I had to listen to the video several times before I could understand the content.

They were easy to work with and walked me through every step. The videos they provide are incredibly helpful for someone who is new to website design and maintenance. As a very small new business this service has been invaluable. Even after the hand off, they sent videos when I had questions. The site was professional but still catered to what we needed.

I wasn't initially looking for someone, but they found me on LinkedIn and asked me if I would be interested. Turns out that I was! I chose them because their service was free - all I paid for was the website itself.

They build the infrastructure using wordpress and set up the website so that I could manage it on my own. They helped me select a design and even inserted my logo.
