I heard about the Free Website Guys from my daughter and she was very pleased with the website they had developed for her. That was a good reference for me.

It was all done online, and the communication from the Free Website Guys was easy and excellent. It included configurations to the WordPress environment, loading plug-ins, setting up back-ups and analytics, setting up Google Search Console, loading themes and pages, built core page structure, set up site navigation, logo, favicon.

I worked with one developer, Sven, throughout the project.

I am still in the process of writing content and the launching it.

The communication was easy and clear. I always got timely replies and information about how the project was going. Requests for information or further action on my part were easy to follow.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Free Website Guys, and Sven in particular, did a great job in setting up my new website for me. I liked working with Sven and communication was easy and excellent. Thanks to the job they did for me, I'm now looking forward to getting my new venture up and running.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is nothing to dislike - only lots to like. They did a great job and I can now start my new venture.

I didn't have a budget for a website. I was lucky that someone reached out to me sharing the Free Website Guys with me. I didn't expect so much quality service for free!

The Free Website Guys built my site from scratch! They set up everything from google analytics to installing the theme on my site, removing unneccesary features, installing important plug-ins etc. They built it with great care and expertise and always updated me on the progress.

I was communicating with only one person, but he told me there was a team working on my site, I don't know how many people the team consisted of. I personally liked it that the communication was consistent and always with the same person, because this way it felt more personal to me.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I haven't used my new site yet, as I'm still finalising the customization process. Everything is working well so far and I'm really happy with the design.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I have to say I was slow with responding, but they were not! I usually always got a reply from them within 2 workdays.

The communication was very clear and professional. They answered all my questions with great care.

I reached out to several website developers and was shocked at how expensive they were. I had given up on having a website for my business until years in the future.. until I found The Free Website Guys! Their price was affordable! FREE! I only had to pay for web hosting and by choice I paid for a theme but that was optional, as they had Free choices!

I submitted my application and got approved for their FREE development services. They walked me through all my options. After a few emails back and forth, I got the web hosting, and chose a theme. They walked me step by step through the whole prices and even included instructional videos so I could see every action I needed to take along the way. They created me a beautiful website specific to what my business needed.

I worked with 2 people. The owner and an assistant.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their process was very thorough. I got a beautiful website with everything I need to run my essential oil business! I know that this website will drive traffic there and I will be able to educate so many people and help them find natural solutions to their health concerns! I'm currently completing my own customizing (adding products, beginning my blog, and linking to classes that I offer, etc) so I haven't launched it yet, but I know Thai the future of my business is bright because of this website!

The team was easy to communicate with and answered back in a timely manner. We stayed in touch through emails and spoke every couple days. They kept me updated throughout the whole process.

I was impressed by their professionalism, their knowledge, and their cost. I reached out to several website developers and was shocked at how expensive they were. My website has just been created by the Free Website Guys, now its my turn to finish the project and upload all the information and pictures to kick off.

We communicated via email, every 3-4 days they sent me the next instructions that i was supposed to complete so that they can do the next step in the website development. The communication was smooth, the demonstrative videos they created to accomplish the next steps were very clear.

The service they offer in order to make their own business grow. The way of communication and explanation was great and it allowed to work overseas.

All was very well organised and accomplished.

Right from the start they shared detailed resources in the form of videos and documents to take me through the steps involved in building a website for my Consultancy and to highlight clearly where my input was needed. Sven gave me regular updates and was really patient with my responses. I am really grateful to Sven and team for reaching out to me and helping me with laying foundations for my Consultancy by setting up the entire backend of my Consultancy's website."

They were very thorough with the details, the steps were streamlined and easy to follow and a major one for me, they were patient. When I was referred to them, I had just gotten fired from my job and decided to redirect that rejection into working on my new business venture. So it was right on time for me. I absolutely loved that I was offered suggestions based on what works best. My website was completed with the theme I absolutely love! The instructions on how to edit and run my website on my own is everything to me. Easy to follow. I was reached out on LinkedIn by The Free Website Guys who let me know that they’d be happy to make a brand new website for free! I was pleasantly surprised and it almost felt too good to be true.

Nonetheless, I carried the process forward and Sven and his beautiful team at The Free Website Guys helped me launch Soapbox’s current website after about a month of initial comms. The website came out beautifully and I was let known of all the ins and outs of the design and creation process.

Sven’s team also put in some amazing plugins and got my site live on Google as well. Thank you Sven and the team at The Free Website Guys! You’re awesome.
