Well, i can say i didn't search for a vendor for a long time until i found EmizenTech here on clutch, and when i started contacting them i stopped working with my old vendor, because I've noticed the difference immediately to the better.

Khabeer App is a Native React project, this language is still buggy and unstable so we've had many challenges with the old vendor until we reached a dead end, our old vendor couldn't fix some bugs which they made in the first place, so EmizenTech made The app more stable, the app is faster now, features are working as they meant to be.

1 project manager and 2 developers. These developers made the impossible possible. I was so frustrated by our old vendor since we were running late and this small team fixed everything and helped us to continue our journey quickly.

Since we were not able to publish our app to the stores because the libraries are old, we finished updating them in 5 days, upload it to stores and continued working on fixing bugs and improve the reliability of the app.

The project manager was a very good partner in making this a good experience, the updates and tests are being done daily, that what did make it faster and better experience.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Time and quality, these things are the most important things in Mobile apps and development generally. EmizenTech actually shocked me when they did in 5 days what our old vendor couldn't do in 3 weeks! So i knew then that I've wasted a lot of my resources on the old vendor and i wish that I've known EmizenTech earlier.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Faster is not always the only thing, EmizenTech also fixed bugs that we thought we will never be able to fix them soon, they have received a code which they didn't make and analyzed it and started working on its weaknesses, we had approximately 15 bugs now we fixed most of them and we have only 1 minor bug left. This company made me forgot the Reworks.

Emizentech continues to meet project goals, big and small. Working with Emizentech has allowed us to be more proactive with our store development and realise our potential as a business. Our developer Ajit possess a can do attitude and strong work ethic, communication is generally good. They are always willing to rise to the task whatever the challenge and have worked surplus hours without hesitation during emergency issues or high priority tasks.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We communicate via Slack and phone when necessary. We also manage tickets via Jira/Trello. We generally ticket items in house and these are assigned to the relevant developer, Tickets are actioned according to the priority assigned by us. The process is quite straightforward and effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Emizentech has a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. They are always willing to help regardless of the challenge, big or small. Our developer Ajit is easily accessible with open communication and works almost as an extension of our company.

No. It was a good experience. I can’t think of anything they can improve.

We connect by email, on WhatsApp, and on Freelancer. Their team has been responsive. Occasionally, we’ve faced a hurdle in understanding one another. Beyond that, communication has been brilliant. Of the about 15 tasks we’ve given them, they’ve only gone over once.

Emizen Tech's really good at problem-solving. If I point out a coding problem, their team looks, sees what’s missing, and fixes it quickly.

I must say i am quite impressed with the way team Emizentech handled our project. They were in regular touch with us and reporting on a constant basis whenever making significant changes in the development phase.

The most impressive thing about Emizen Tech is delivering the project before the deadline. Another impressive thing about Emizentech is their flawless work. We have yet to detect any issue on our website. Simply commendable!

I don't think there is any scope of improvement except one. The Website is a bit less responsive on the mobile version. Still, the overall result is quite satisfactory.

3. One more function for Made by order is multiple product select in one email or enquiry.
4. Improvement in our present search. It should be particular and precise.

The team composition we hired through Emizentech was solely Vivek, who we found capable of handling the majority of our front end work. He also performed some QA on his branches prior to any testing by ourselves and worked on anything we asked off him, while we did any further testing on pre-staging development platfrom.

Our solutions were delivered regularly and often worked within tight deadlines. Vivek has proven reliable ROI, as customisations done have increased UX and allowed us to integrate software that has enabled us to give our customers a much improved overall customer journey.

The project management was arranged through a combination of Emails, Asana, Slack and the occasional video call. Vivek proved himself dedicated to keeping in touch and to responding in a timely fashion.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Vivek's commitment to getting his branches tested and out and deployed. He worked tirelessly to resolve issues and if a problem was identified I was happy to trust him to go off and find a solution without having to be checked in with constantly.

There is little I could suggest to improve on. At times there were limitations, such as delays in communication, but these were largely due to time differences. However when necessary he would work later than formally obliged to if needed, to ensure important projects got completed.

Previous to Emizen Tech Private Limited, we were using a different digital agency that worked really well for us, but we wanted to build a team that we could call our own. We started by getting one developer from Emizen Tech Private Limited to work with us full-time. The experience was so good that we decided to expand that team and ended up with three full-time developers.

We worked with them on both the front- and backend of Magento. They built us plugins, customized the store, and fixed bugs. We provided them with wireframes and designs, but they had a creative resource that provided us with designs—which we implemented—when needed.

They have a project management resource but we don’t use it. They just provide their development skills. The work is always done within a reasonable amount of time. We communicate via video chat and Slack, and their communication is very good.

They have good technical skills and extensive knowledge of Magento 2, which is still a pretty new platform. Outside of that, they have good knowledge of different web technologies to solve different kinds of problems for growing businesses. The speed at which they work has been much faster than the other agencies we’ve worked with.

Their communication quality is really good, but we would prefer a lot more reactive communication in terms of getting updates as issues arrive. We do realize it’s difficult because we’re in different time zones. Also, they don’t have a dedicated tester on the team.
