Since 2003 we have used Big Step technologies as our primary development team. We have never been disappointed. We chose their company through a very finite process of interviewing several companies. Throughout the years we have had Big Step to work with us. They have provided mockups, and wireframes to make sure that all objectives are met. We also established benchmarks towards milestones that needed to met for Project Management. Through a very concise project management system, we are able to track all deliverables. Once projects and task are completed we utilize a ticketed system in which Big Step provides to close task in order to assign new tasks.

I have never not been able to communicate with anyone at Bigstep. They are very hands on and very attentive to their clients. It usually takes 1 to 2 days from the time I put in a support ticket to the time they fix my issue. Their customizations are perfect to a "t". They put my vision into reality.

Just their overall customer service is impeccable. It's hard to find companies like this. VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL. Surbhi, Aish, and Natasha were rock stars in this field.

A project manager was assigned to be our main point of contact throughout the project. Additionally, I mostly interacted with two lead front- and backend developers.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls, but most of the feedback was through email. Everything was delivered on time and we received ample warning if a deadline wasn't going to be met.

Their mobile app development skills blew me away. They knew everything about UX and execution. Since this was our first mobile app, they were also patient and willing to walk us through their process while we learned.

Our project consisted in the launch of a social network based on news and information. It required both a desktop version and a dedicated iOS and Android app. It therefore required the intervention of a team on various sectors and languages, from php and sql for the desktop to programming for iOS and Android

The people with whom I had the opportunity to interface during the project were about 6 (I cannot exclude that other people worked in the backround). Alongside a coordinator who interfaced directly with me, the team was multidisciplinary and divided by areas of expertise. The team has managed very well to achieve the results we had set for ourselves, so much so that we have renewed the collaboration both for future developments and for constant technical assistance. We are therefore managing to launch a project that before starting this collaboration seemed very complex to implement in order to be as close as possible to our vision.

I believe that communication is perhaps the most important aspect for a collaboration on a complex project, and the project manager in this sense has maintained constant, responsive communication with me, with a strong attitude to problem solving. The communication took place with various tools according to need, from Skype for urgent communications, to email for daily discussion on the project, to google documents with comments when we were working on specific interventions.

As I have already mentioned in part, the team's attitude to problem-solving and fast communication were the fundamental factor for the project's success.

I have no particular things to complain about in this sense, the collaboration has been so satisfying that we have renewed it for the future developments of the project.

He was wonderful as a project manager and communicated very clearly and allowed me lots of time explaining the project and understanding my goals. Mehak was the excellent software development person that worked on the project.

We're impressed by the gentle patience they had in working with me, especially since I had limited coding experience.
