Attracting more/better quality leads

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They were able to complete the website and implement different functionalities, however it took a very long time to accomplish (much longer than we anticipated). The response time from our project lead is hit or miss...sometimes we get a response and sometimes we don't hear anything until our weekly meeting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Good ideas, modern, and forward thinking.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ballistic Arts could have done differently?

Response time to emails or requests is lagging. The action doesn't necessarily need to be done right away, but acknowledgement of an email or request would be appreciated.
Creative writing is lacking.

We had worked with Ballistic Arts in the past for one-off projects but at the time we decided to work with an on-going approach to our social media materials.

The work and approach has been varied since we work on a number of areas - from website development and ongoing updates; video work; social media ads and promotions to increase traffic and followers.

We had a planning phase, followed by multiple shoot days, and then an editing/review period. They exceeded agreed upon deliverables and delivered a polished product.
