We make digital marketing and support customers with specific siteweb (landing page..). I manage the technical IT.

For what projects/services did your company hire Artera?

After using different hosting (cheap and not), we needed premium support: ours customers couldn't wait days while we had problems.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We tested a lot of hosting: only artera gave us the right support. Not just quick, but the support master the job. They think bevor reply to me, and it's not always the case with the others hosting providers.

After a brief test for a customer, we choose the Hosting PROXIMA with a managed plan, so we were able to not think about it and focus about our customer's need.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

It was enough to talk with the support: they are competent and in one case, we achieve to talk with a manager within 2 hours.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For the first time we can rely to our hosting provider. Before, we had to check the performance and think about the IT hosting part....kind of a nightmare.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicate mainly by ticket, by email but also by phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are competents: we could talk with developers that they know what they do. We took the premium assistance, so the support is super quick and impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For sure, it's not cheap: but, we changed a lot of hosting providers, and finally we are happy to pay more for getting more and not to think again about hosting.
