The first huge improvement we noticed was the speed of the system itself, the load speed is around 10 x faster than what we were experiencing with CCP. The system is completely customizable so you can adapt it to your internal process, in effect creating various folders containing orders set of your own bespoke rules. The ongoing support is excellent, when a rare issue crops up, customer support genuinely want to help solve the issue and generally solved quickly with disruption kept to an absolute minimum.
