He actually, on more than one occasion, has gone to bat for us with billing and pricing issues. He's gone through the service department to maybe speed them up, or let them know that the issue was more significant than it sounded. Also, if we're just generating a ticket, there's an online process we can use, but for the most part, we have a phone number we call into. I can't think of any. Everything that I've mentioned to them that I'm concerned about, they respond to immediately, whether it's customer service, or maybe a resolution didn't kick in, and we need to work on it more. They've always been very accommodating.

Techmd provides great support in real time. I can call our account representative with a problem and they’ll dispatch immediately. They excel at following through in a communicative manner. We’ve had a number of bugs working with third party software, but the team has always been available to resolve issues. The afterhours helpline accommodates the time difference between our Hawaii and California offices and the East Coast software company; I get called back right away. For example, I once called from Europe in the middle of the night with a password reset issue and they resolved it immediately.
