      Anytime we had issues, they were responsive and fixed things in a timely manner. Since this was the first time we’d engaged an offshore partner, I was concerned about the time difference and communication. However, they’ve been accommodating to our needs, even working in the middle of the night. They go overboard to mitigate any communication issues by doing an excellent job of documenting their work.
