One of our partners need part-time administrative support and we have found it challenging in the past to find this and we chose Virtual Gurus to help us select a virtually based executive assistant from their wonderful roster of assistants.

SOLUTION

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

They came to us highly rated and the mission-alignment is very important for us. Their goal to 65% of their virtual assistants from underrepresented communities by the end of 2022 is in lockstep with our values.

Our project was very simple and that was to find PT administrative support for one of our partners and potentially other executives on staff. Their account rep walked me through various solutions and was very upfront about costs.

The executive assistant that they paired us with has worked out beautifully and I couldn't be happier.

They really listened to what I was looking for and helped us choose an assistant that was in the right location and had the appropriate skill set and training.
