They came to us highly rated and the mission-alignment is very important for us. Their goal to 65% of their virtual assistants from underrepresented communities by the end of 2022 is in lockstep with our values.

Our project was very simple and that was to find PT administrative support for one of our partners and potentially other executives on staff. Their account rep walked me through various solutions and was very upfront about costs.
