One teammate from Stellar Staff gave me a list of candidates to interview. I interviewed them on the phone, and then I was introduced to an account manager. The account manager gave me an overview of what the chosen virtual assistant would do for me on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis. The manager then trained the virtual assistant.

So far, the virtual assistant has helped me with my marketing efforts, social media platforms, and branding assets such as business cards and my logo. She’s assisted me with researching grants and revamping my website. On top of that, the assistant has created newsletters and an email marketing funnel — she’s done quite a bit of work for me. 

For specific details, the virtual assistant has designed our logo based on the concept I’ve provided. She’s also reconstructed my Wix website and worked on its SEO while linking social media platforms to it. I found Stellar Staff through a Facebook ad and decided to call them to get more information about their services. They went over everything they did and what a virtual assistant could do for my business — I went ahead and decided to get started with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Stellar Staff has been detail-oriented, and the virtual assistant has pretty much taken on everything I’ve given. I throw an idea out there, and she runs with it. Overall, she’s done a great job. 

How did Stellar Staff perform from a project management standpoint?

The virtual assistant has been prompt and thorough. I don’t have to wait for weeks for things to get better. As far as time management is concerned, she gets everything done truly quickly. 

For project management, she’s created a shared Google Drive where she uploads everything she’s done, such as website samples, logos, and brochures. Every day, she gives me a detailed outline of all the work she’s done for the day via WhatsApp, and I can find her work on the shared Google Drive. I then check her work and give my feedback and approval.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with their willingness to ensure I’m satisfied. The virtual assistant has accomplished everything that I’ve thrown at her, and that speaks volumes about her and Stellar Staff. They’ve trained her well, and she’s been truly useful and valuable for me and my company.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. Everything I’ve witnessed so far has been great. I have no complaints.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be communicative; get to know your virtual assistant, and establish rapport. In my case, I talk to my virtual assistant over the phone at least once a week to go over everything we’ve done so that she can hear my voice and I can hear hers. This way, we know we’re real people.

The measurable outcomes from my VA's work include faster email responses, increased tour attendance and satisfaction, reduced tax preparation time, quicker payment processing, and a higher task completion rate. These improvements demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of our collaboration.

I think with the Invoice they should provide the breakdown of the hours in each day.
