We were looking for a team that could quickly and efficiently migrate our store to a new platform. Sintra has experience in migrating stores to Shopify, so we decided to trust them, and it was a very good decision. Our collaboration with Sintra included the stages of analysis, prototyping, migration, implementation, and further maintenance and development of the website.

Initially, the team, consisting of a UX/UI designer, project manager, and Shopify developer, analyzed our former site on Atomstore, which then allowed for the design of a new layout for the website and the preparation of an MVP.

In the next stage, new solutions were implemented to improve the appearance and functionality of the store. During this stage, data migration from Atomstore to Shopify was also carried out to streamline the management of both content and offers on the store.

Subsequently, within two weeks, the team deployed the MVP on the Shopify platform, and after the launch, continued to work on the store according to the developed roadmap.

Thanks to the cooperation with Sintra, a new e-commerce platform based on Magento 2 with advanced search was prepared, which allowed us to streamline online trading to direct customers. After the initial phase of familiarizing ourselves with e-commerce management, as well as understanding the e-commerce market, we decided on further development of the platform, refreshing the UX/UI, and continuing work on conversion optimization.

It was also necessary to add important functionalities and integrate with the ERP system. Our goal was to launch a flawless shop in English and German. It was very important for us to be able to manage products in the ERP system, and not directly on the e-commerce platform.

This integration facilitated flawless communication between Shopify and Dataforce ERP, ensuring efficient transmission of product information. 

Throughout the project, we maintained consistent and transparent communication with the team, affording us regular updates on its progress. Notably, the Shopify platform served as the foundation for constructing our online store. • The goal was to build an application from scratch tailored for the Polish market that would meet Shopify's criteria, allowing Polish customers to choose a convenient shipping method. To create such an application, we were looking for a partner who knows and understands the Shopify platform and has years of experience in the e-commerce field. 
• Our cooperation with Sintra Consulting Poland resulted in the creation of an official InPost app, free for all users, which will enhance the Shopify platform with one of the most popular shipping methods in Poland.

In the initial stage of work on the project, a thorough analysis of Shopify's limitations within various packages and in the Polish Shopify ecosystem was performed. During this phase, the team of specialists also conducted expert e-commerce consulting. The next stage involved UX/UI activities, followed by the estimation and implementation of the finished project. 

Finally, the team performed all the necessary tests to polish the application to perfection and corrected the bugs that customers reported in the feedback on the application. Technologies used while working on the project: Shopify platform, Server: Microsoft Azure Cloud, React and Laravel framework.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received a fully working application that passed the test results. Customers are already using the application as we can see from the statistics.

The supplier delivered the application on time and was responsive to our needs. He was also flexible which allowed us to make changes on the fly. Availability to the project manager was also very good - we met online whenever the need arose.
