Sintra's scope of work included e-commerce consulting, creating a prototype, implementing the store on Shopify, and conducting workshops on how to use the platform. In the first stage, Sintra interviewed us to choose a sales platform. After analysis, we decided to choose Shopify, which enticed us with a fairly simple user experience. In the second phase, a UX designer designed the design and created a prototype of the store, which was then implemented by Shopify's dedicated developers.
In the next phase, the appropriate features were configured to make the site work according to our expectations. Finally, Sintra specialists conducted a workshop with us and showed us how to operate the Shopify platform.

The prototype included multiple views demonstrating various pathways and functions. During the discovery phase, we discussed business models, targets, and the different goals we want to achieve through MVP development.
