What was the scope of their involvement?

QW Hosting has developed our website from scratch on WordPress. It has two sides: one for B2B and one for B2C. The B2C side has a contact form, and the B2B side has a portal.

Now, QW Hosting provides us with SEO, digital marketing, PPC, and direct marketing for both B2B and B2C clients. Their marketing services include email marketing focused on lead generation, for which they use MailChimp.

We work with four people from QW Hosting, including a social media manager, a developer, and the owner.

A friend recommended them to me. We had an in-person meeting, after which we started working together.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $5,000–$6,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2020, and they finished the website in November 2020. The engagement is still ongoing.

I’m happy with QW Hosting’s work, and I’ve seen a good ROI. Thanks to them, my website traffic has increased significantly.

QW Hosting’s project management is good, and they deliver on time. We communicate via WhatsApp and sometimes have in-person meetings.
