We were able to increase the number of positive reviews, grow chat availability and speed up ticket resolution.

We have weekly meetings with the team leads and a monthly all hands. Communication is efficient and availability is just amazing.

Their system of values and openness to finding solutions together. Also, they keep their word, which is super rare. And Jonathan has literally made himself available to us 24/7.

Every two weeks, create a clean edit of a podcast that can go out as both an audio podcast and a video podcast. The work is primarily in audio cleanup, not the actual content edit.

In addition, take on other efforts to create thumbnails, graphics for the business, and create other short videos as needed.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Podcasts kept going out, videos continued to be published to YouTube, and we got some good graphics too.

I'd say a 90%+ on-time rate. 

Their responsiveness to feedback has been good, and they're always willing to pivot based on where I see room for improvement.

The simplification of expertise, I don't have to hire a bunch of individuals, I get the company and they find the individuals for me.

I'm not sure here, there are some things that I feel are hard to communicate, and so the work that comes out doesn't match what I wanted. I hesitate to blame any one party, because it's possible I'm not communicating well. But if there is a concern, it's that with some content they don't seem to land in the right spot and the number of reps to get somewhere good can feel high.

Indino Team helped us to make many postcards, event marketing materials, videos, and a website. They also created post images and captions for our social media and managed those profiles, interacting with other's content and posting regularly. They also helped from time to time with admin/tech issues like log in problems and issues with Facebook.

They quickly became good at using brand guidelines and producing consistent content that was cohesive with brand identity. They also had to work thru a language and cultural barrier to create materials for a number of different events and social media.

Things were mostly on time, especially if we provided a due date with enough advance notice. Some things were done at the last possible minute but was often due to us not communicating deadlines in advance and needing the task completed ASAP.

I really enjoyed working with Gisele and Jonathan, speaking with them via Zoom calls was always enjoyable. I always felt like they were invested in our success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ND-KNOW SOLUTIONS could have done differently?

There were times where myself or my team would get frustruated with all the back and forth on a single design and the lack of clarity around hours. However, Gisele and I worked together to find a  system for edits as well as good communication when we urgently need something and they aren't available. It would probably be helpful in the future to address the time difference and set specific guidelines for when the staff will be working, so your customers know when they can expect deliverables and responses to requests.

We were just stepping into the US market, and we needed an effective solution for lead generation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ND-KNOW SOLUTIONS started with a discovery phase to learn about our business background and understand our market and client type. They researched comprehensively to profile our ideal customer in the US. From there, they developed a strategy to target the profile they found. We had outreach scripts in Portuguese, and ND-KNOW SOLUTIONS helped us translate them into English. They presented a comprehensive next steps plan, creating the processes for effective lead generation.

The team has been working on LinkedIn to book meetings for our business development representatives. They’re also reaching out to potential clients through cold calls and emails. Now, we’re exploring other opportunities with them,  including outsourcing. The team is sourcing developers in the Philippines for us.

We’re working with four people; one teammate is responsible for the strategy and the scripts, two people work on LinkedIn, and another teammate handles cold calls and emails. I also work with Jonathan (Founder & CEO).

I came to know Jonathan a long time ago because his father was my father’s professor. Although we lost that initial connection 10–15 years ago, I saw that he was doing BPO and reached out to him via LinkedIn. ND-KNOW SOLUTIONS showed a lot of experience working with business developers on lead generation in the US.

So far, we’ve invested around $70,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re completely satisfied with ND-KNOW SOLUTIONS’ work because they’ve enabled us to close deals. We closed last year with $300,000 in contracts from leads generated by the team. Additionally, a client they helped us find has already invested around $400,000 with us. Overall, our investment with them has been worth it.

Moreover, their work is amazing, and so is our interaction with their team. The discovery phase helped us determine the clients we want to pursue, and ND-KNOW SOLUTIONS is really invested in the task. ND-KNOW SOLUTIONS is responsive even though we’re in different time zones. The team also speaks Portuguese, which has been helpful for us, and one of their teammates has been helping us streamline communication with American culture. Their outsourcing services have been a great experience so far. We’re happy with everything they’ve done so far — our partnership is going really well.

How did ND-KNOW SOLUTIONS perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re using HubSpot for project management, and they have an amazing system. One teammate keeps hold of all the tasks, including theirs and ours. To be honest, it’s us who sometimes don’t complete these tasks. We use Slack, and Google Meet for communication, and we reach out through WhatsApp if we need to get in touch with them over the weekend.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Thre are two things that we find most impressive about ND-KNOW SOLUTIONS. Firstly, they’re communicative; communication has been amazing with them. Secondly, they’re really committed — sometimes more than us! 

For instance, there was a lead coming from LinkedIn when we had a lot of things going on and couldn’t get a hold of them. ND-KNOW SOLUTIONS took over and talked with that potential client, doing work that we’re supposed to do. This is just one example of their commitment.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing they could improve is working with our internal tools. They could be more proactive about getting into HubSpot, for example. However, this is more our problem than theirs, because sometimes they don’t have access and they’re waiting on us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be there for them and communicate the same way they do. They send messages all the time, and if you’re there to respond, give them clarity, and guide them on the right path, they’ll crush it!
