Company Responses

The vendor responded on June 10, 2022.

Thank you for posting your honest feedback. At Martal, we set a high standard for our services, and we are sorry that the project did not meet your expectations. We understand that waiting for lead generation results can be frustrating. During the first three months of every partnership, our sales professionals develop and continuously optimize our clients’ outreach campaigns to define the best sales strategy for their unique offers. Unfortunately, building a sustainable and scalable pipeline in highly competitive markets such as outsourced software development in India can take longer without a significant differentiator. Because B2B lead generation varies greatly depending on the industry, target market, and audience, we cannot guarantee results. We care deeply about our customer relationships and are pained to hear that you had a less than optimal experience. However, we promise to strive to provide exceptional service for all of our clients.
