Martel Group is a scalable team with Edward as the head of operations. He also acted as the lead in negotiations with potential partners. Martal has two fractional sales reps, responsible for presenting our brand to channel partners.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to find a few resellers and launched in LATAM first, while US sales followed after a few months of intensive negotiations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Martal’s sales team led by Noam was very transparent about the process, and we were satisfied with their professional communication frequency and quality. I would recommend paying attention to bringing all reps to the weekly calls.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was quick to grasp the core value of the product and was committed to explain the added value to potential partners. Martal kept us updated during the process.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

We would recommend improving the reporting quality.

We have three people at Martal assisting our internal team. Grant oversees the process as the sales operation manager. Brennan and Alex are the account executives working on outbound sales development.

It’s been just over a month and the team at Martal has sent us six qualified leads with some industry giants in our desired market.

We stay in touch almost daily through email and WhatsApp to go over prospective clients. The team updates the list of MQLs and SQLs as they come in, and provides a progress report with KPIs every week.

We have a weekly meeting to go over the results, discuss the progress of leads in the pipeline, and make any necessary changes based on the data.

We have three people working with us from Martal Group. Michele H. and Jason A. are the sales executives who handle lead generation, outreach, and sales appointments. Then we have a sales operation manager, David R., to oversee the process.

We started with Martal at the beginning of April. After a little over a week of getting to know Exsis and developing the campaign, the sales team at Martal was ready to launch. We have since received five appointments and 85 market-qualified leads.

We communicate through WhatsApp and email when a lead raises their hand for an appointment. Michele and Jason also meet with the prospective clients and manage the sales cycle to facilitate a partnership when possible. The workflow has been well-maintained.

The workflow format was suggested by Martal and agreed by us - weekly communications with reports/feedback and correction implementation. We were able to effectively tune-up the process in a matter of weeks which improved the outcome significantly.
