We have been in conatct ith all team members dueing the set up of our website. Each arear that requested a team member was always happy to help and assist. Our project is about creating a new concept of a guestbook in which everyone has helped to bring alive.

Reetu has responded to every part of the journey to create the book. She has also introduced the other team members, giving them the opportunity to feel part of the team. At first, we met DD alongside Reetu, who were excited to see our vision come to light. With bringing in the rest of the team, our progress was achievable. With all the input and problem-solving situations, it has been a great help.

Even though we are many miles away, at no point did we feel like we were not heard or responded to. With time differences, you may feel like you are limited in communication. They have all been outstanding in their help and communication, which has made the journey so much easier for us and, most of all, pleasant.

We needed a website that acted as the mobile app and communicated in real time with the Apps. We needed to build a Pilot App and seperate user App that was fully functional and all communicated as one. We also needed to create and modify the Admin Panel to flow for operations for the compapny.

I feel communication was a strong point for Konstant. It was always a pleasure to work with the team, they showed eagerness and speed when working on SkyyTask while expressing great communication the whole time. In particular it was great to have worked with Bhavika for the first part, she was great with communicating and helping along the way. When Reetu picked up the project, it was so smoothe and easy to work with Reetu. She showcased high management skills and communication with me and the team. Under Reetus help, nothing went unheard and she helped me and guided the project every step of the way. It was also extremely great to work with Yogendra and Pradeep, they are bvery skilled in what they do and have been there to help the entire time and they also showcased great communication and prefesionalism. Jugal, was also very helpful with the backe tasks. The team was great to work with and I would love to continue to work with the team as we grow and need further add on and development needs!

The project managing side was great, they met our needs and time line and the whole process was very smooth and organized. SkyyTask is very greatful for all of the efforts put in by managment and the team.

We needed help with app development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Konstant Infosolutions has developed our native Android and iOS mobile apps and an admin console for administration and tracking from scratch. We've provided the designs, and Konstant Infosolutions has implemented them. The apps enable users to find an interpreter and place a direct call.

Konstant Infosolutions has leveraged Swift for our iOS app and Kotlin for our Android app. For the backend, they've used Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB. Other technologies include Twilio, Stripe, AWS, and Firebase.

What is the team composition?

We've worked with 4–7 developers from Konstant Infosolutions.

How did you come to work with Konstant Infosolutions?

I found Konstant Infosolutions myself about eight years ago through Google and Clutch.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent over $1,000,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2017, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've experienced good and bad sides with Konstant Infosolutions' quality. We've had to rebuild the app because the technology stack was old, so we began development with seven engineers from Konstant Infosolutions and planned to release it in August last year. However, we launched a buggy and problematic app in March this year.

Konstant Infosolutions has consistently missed the project's deadlines, so if they say they'll need a month to deliver a feature, they take three months. We've had issues with the team's motivation and quality. Half of the team has been unmotivated and dragging their feet. We've reported this to management several times, but nothing has changed. The team has been irresponsible and leaves the office early.

How did Konstant Infosolutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We've done our project management. We've had a strong conversation with the lead engineer, and he's felt upset because of the stress he's experienced managing the team. He's told us they've escalated the issues many times, and nothing has happened. Konstant Infosolutions' management has been unresponsive, and the environment has been problematic.

We've spent two months fixing the bugs, and we've just figured out that the app is full of bugs, and we can say we've launched the app at the end of April 2025.

On top of that, we're not getting the code. The last code on GitHub is from August 2024. We've also asked the CEO to take responsibility for the issues. They're breaching the NDA and using our IP, logo, brand, and designs without permission.

We have experienced times when the engineers were not performing well, but not to this level. When we've asked them to change the teammates who aren't performing well, they've changed them.

And even in the past, Konstant Infosolutions cared about one thing: getting their money. They're okay as long as you pay everything full-time. And they will assign whatever resources they want.

We've had some challenges, but now our development has stopped, and we don't have the code we paid for.

What did you find most impressive about them?

If you can manage the resources and agree with their delays, Konstant Infosolutions will develop what you want them to develop.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They have a bad management system.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you have all the management and technical background resources to manage and assess Konstant Infosolutions, it's like outsourcing a normal company. However, if you're a normal company with no tech background, I wouldn't recommend working with Konstant Infosolutions. Additionally, they're not the cheapest solution, so I'd try somewhere else.

We are a global online platform for interpreters. We remove the agencies in-between by making the interpreters visible to businesses and individuals and enable clients to have direct phone calls on-demand to the interpreters.

What challenge were you trying to address with Konstant Infosolutions?

They are building the app and website for us. The app is for the on-demand client function and the site is for the booking function.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They completed the first version of the app, an MVP [minimum viable product], with many of the hardest to build functionalities. That took around a month and we are now developing more features and functionalities of the app, as well as the website with its booking function. We are going to launch the first version next week.

They built native apps for both iOS and Android concurrently. It's important for the apps to be native because we need to take care of the quality and speed. We are leveraging Twilio for the core function. It was difficult to make Twilio work and we had several iterations where it took some time to overcome challenges, but everything works now.

The app is free for users to download and they can sign up through email, Facebook, or Google. After signing up and logging in, they'll be able to see a list of all the interpreters around the world, and you will be able to click on their profiles. From their profiles, you can see the language pairs that they speak or interpret into and their price per minute, as well as their rating and comments from clients. You can also filter the lists not only by language pair but also by their expertise, fields, industry, and certifications. You can even sort by price. There are many different sorting and filtering functions. Once you decide which interpreter you want to call, you can immediately with just one click.

What is the team dynamic?

I have a dedicated team of 6 people. Initially, there were 4 people and then we increased it to 6. There's a Scrum master who also works as a project manager. She's the communicator and delegator within the team, who is in between me and the developers. That makes everything very easy. In addition to her, there's 1 iOS frontend developer, 1 Android frontend developer, 1 web service person handling all the backend development, 2 web developers, and 1 half-time designer.

How did you come to work with Konstant Infosolutions?

I found them as a result of online research. I was looking to outsource the development so I was searching for some software companies. I read reviews of them on Clutch and they were convincing. I talked to other companies too, and Konstant sounded like they know what they're doing. They built my trust and that's why I decided to go with them.

How much have you invested with them?

I've been paying around $12,000–$13,000 per month since August 2017.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working with them since the beginning of August 2017. We’ve been building the website since the end of September.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're a new startup so we have to move fast. They were quick and the product was really high-quality. In everything they built, all the functions were working almost perfectly from the beginning. Of course, we had ups and downs and some issues that we couldn't predict, but so far my experience with them has been excellent. I've tested the apps in various conditions, such as internet quality in different locations, and there's almost no discrepancy. It works very well.

How did Konstant Infosolutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They were pretty good, especially my main point of communication. We had hard, urgent deadlines and milestones due to some events in the US and we had to make things happen in a short time. They managed that pretty well and I was really surprised.

The communication was good. Whenever there was a problem, we were always in touch. We could prioritize things so that we made things happen by removing functionalities that are not necessary, which was important.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re good at prioritizing things, putting in place effective milestones, and making right predictions about the timescales so we can finalize the development of the functions. They made the project happen and they kept their promises.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have some flexibility in pricing. It's becoming more and more expensive because we need more resources to speed things up. They have no pricing bundles or flexibility, and this is one thing that they should consider for their well-paying customers.

After that milestone, additoinal measurables reflecting progress included functionality and effective use of certain portions of the platform being built.

In general, there were some delays with the deliverables but nothing too obscene. Our company had factored in delays and work-order changes. Above all, the most important factor for our comapny was ensuring that the scope of work we had agreed upon was coming to life and that the vendor we are using is amenable to necessary changes. Despite several delays, including working through Covid, Konstant continued to work with me at getting the application to full functionality. They would respond in a timely manner and would deliver items in a reasonable time.

I did find that after presenting Konstant Infosolutions with a known issue/bug/error, it would not always be corrected in the following version and therefore I would need to reiterate the problem once again. Konstant Infosolutions was supposed to develop a platform for us where people could network, respond to job vacancies, and create their CVs. An all-in-one job board with many features. This was meant to be a web and app application. The development took over 2 years. 

Finally, after 2 years, when we wanted to go online, it was shocking to discover that the development was so poor. We were never allowed to see the backend because they wouldn't provide the source code until the development was complete. The backend development was so bad that external developers have stated that the platform needs to be rebuilt from scratch. We have paid Constant Infosolutions a total of 225.000 USD (225K)! This company is a SCAM! 

I would advise everyone not to get any development work done by them! This company relies on junior developers and doesn't care about you or your company; the owners are only interested in making money. We are now in the process of trying to get our money back because this is unacceptable!

Everything was bad, nothing is so far on time deliverd, they are doing very poor work! And dont't believe on the staging server what they are showing.

Nothing, nobody with experience, they are working with very junior developers. No expertise in house, just lies!

Nobody should work with them! ANd if you are going to work with this company, then you should check their work on the backend and frontend on weekly base! They are doing very and very poor work. You can only see it at the end of the development when you get the source code and an external developer will do a code review. They are doing too bad work! We were shocked when we got the source code and saw how bad the development was. 

We paid 225K USD and they wasted our 2 years and all the money. We could not use the platform, because it was so bad developt on the backend side and it could not even handle 10 users a day! This company is a huge SCAM, please do not work with them!

Everything we thought to develop has literally been achieved by Konstant Infosolutions. The success is that we now have a platform with all the features that have been brought to reality.

We approached some different company in the start, but Siddhartha was the reason that we took the offer in Konstant. I appreciate the support and proactive assistance provided by Siddhartha during the initial phase of the project. His dedication to idea generation and constant availability for consultation and understanding was commendable. He consistently offered innovative suggestions and demonstrated a willingness to assist.

I also want to give a shout-out to Niharika, who joined the project later in the designing stage and really took things to the next level. She was an absolute rockstar! The most impressive aspect of Konstant Infosolutions was communication that was done throughout the life of the project. The Konstant team know what they are doing, and they have their client's interest at heart. They constantly go above and beyond the scope of the project specs and strive to deliver the highest quality work for their clients, which was a rare experience for us in this kind of setting. 

It was more than a few occasions that we found ourselves pleasantly surprised by the features they put in that we did not explicitly specify in the scope doc. The same goes for both the project manager/consultant and the developers. In addition, the Konstant Infosolutions team is extremely patient, and are always willing to work with us to find the most viable path forward, even in some seemingly unattainable situations.

As we are planning to continue working with the Konstant team on what future projects we may have, I would recommend that the Konstant would adopt an agile project management platform.

We were able to make the app live smoothly without any hiccups. But since it's quite recent thus still waiting for users to come onboard

We started with the scope of the project, discussing in detail what the vision for the application would be. Once we figured out what platforms would be necessary, we proceeded with the project. Konstant Infosolutions was able to provide UI/UX design in its entirety. I was able to view the prototype of the project and once satisfied, we proceeded with development.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• As a final product, the application looks amazing! it is available for both android as well as iOS devices. The application came out just how I imagined along with many other great features along the way that really enhanced user experience. Working with Raunak and the Konstant Infosolutions team was great. They were able to make communication between the United States and India easy.

Communication and education were extreme key factors in our journey. Raunak and the rest of the team were able to have efficient communication the entire way. Whenever I had a question, comment, or concern or needed to answer any questions, they were also quick to respond with efficient updates. The management team was easy to work with as they share my vision for the application and gave wonderful recommendations along the way.

When shopping around for a development team to help bring my vision for a mobile app to life, I came across Konstant Infosolutions. What stuck out the most to me at first were all of the positive reviews from previous clients that were left on cluth.co. From there I did further research into the company and what impressed me was there hard work and dedication, their team, company values, as well as their previous projects and clients.

This company is full of rockstars who clearly know what they are doing. I was very please to find out that not only have they worked with larger clients, but smaller clients like myself who were new to the process. Konstant Infosolutions were very patient and easy to work with.

As of now I can't think of anything for them to improve on for they are constantly looking to improve on a daily basis.
