The objective of the project is to develop a waste disposal platform “TradieBags”. User will be able to select the type of garbage and schedule their pickup. Their amount will be held until the driver marks the service complete. Drivers will receive the request and will reach the location for the pickup.

We were able to make the app live smoothly without any hiccups. But since it's quite recent thus still waiting for users to come onboard

We started with the scope of the project, discussing in detail what the vision for the application would be. Once we figured out what platforms would be necessary, we proceeded with the project. Konstant Infosolutions was able to provide UI/UX design in its entirety. I was able to view the prototype of the project and once satisfied, we proceeded with development.

• As a final product, the application looks amazing! it is available for both android as well as iOS devices. The application came out just how I imagined along with many other great features along the way that really enhanced user experience. Working with Raunak and the Konstant Infosolutions team was great. They were able to make communication between the United States and India easy.

Communication and education were extreme key factors in our journey. Raunak and the rest of the team were able to have efficient communication the entire way. Whenever I had a question, comment, or concern or needed to answer any questions, they were also quick to respond with efficient updates. The management team was easy to work with as they share my vision for the application and gave wonderful recommendations along the way.

When shopping around for a development team to help bring my vision for a mobile app to life, I came across Konstant Infosolutions. What stuck out the most to me at first were all of the positive reviews from previous clients that were left on cluth.co. From there I did further research into the company and what impressed me was there hard work and dedication, their team, company values, as well as their previous projects and clients.

This company is full of rockstars who clearly know what they are doing. I was very please to find out that not only have they worked with larger clients, but smaller clients like myself who were new to the process. Konstant Infosolutions were very patient and easy to work with.

Bhavika, the PM/BA assigned to my project was always responsive to queries via Email, Whatsapp and Teams. I always felt she gave me the time necessary to discuss requirements in detail, and to review progress to date. She worked around my availability, and was able to deliver quality outcomes by given deadlines. They were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

I was looking for a company who could not only delivery on my detailed requirements for a good price, but also provide good technical expertise. Konstant delivered on both fronts. They were able to deliver a design based on my specification but also push back with sound technical advice when requirements didn't make sense from a user perspective or weren't technically feasible.

We engaged Info to develop a custom marketplace for a B2B and B2C global logistics market. The goal was to have a high performing, secure platform with great custom UI to enable us to test the market.

We searched online and interviewed a few developer companies. Konstant Info stood out and they really understood our requirements and were able to suggest more efficient solutions as well. We felt that they had the required technical expertise and were invested in our success and this was the deciding for us.

We had a kick off meeting and from there were assigned a Project Manager who was our main point of contact. They developed mockups and wireframes and came back to us with the estimated budget required.

Once agreed on deliverables, they produced a detailed scope of work and release plan for the web marketplace on a PHP framework. Once locked in, they started working through the different releases until the final milestone. They kept us informed throughout the development process and raised technical queries as required.

Konstant has delivered consistently over the past year, and have helped us close over 4000 tickets last year

For us, they operate in a Kanban style, we provide them with tickets and they move them through the pipeline (QA Check, Beta, Prod). We leverage slack for our communication and a monthly video call with PM. Their response time is exceptional and their dedication to our projects is very rare to find in an outsourced organization.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their care for improvement is very impressive. We changed some process internally and let them know. They not only accepted the change, but helped our internal team operate even better based on their communication daily.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only area of improvement was some initial concerns with the quality of the fixes and not adhering to our standards, this was more on us not informing them of what the expectation was. We addressed it quickly and they adjusted their coding practices the next day.

2. There were two liaisons. One was there at the beginning and then left the company so a second one took over. But the liaison handled all communications and interactions between the company and me.

The application was completed in its entirety. All concerns were addressed and remediated.

Communication was clear and timely. Meetings happened when requested and emails were sent regularly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were always true to their word. This project took a tremendous leap of faith for me. The company is located in India and I am in the United States. And, although the cost of the project was reasonable, it was still a considerable amount of money for me to spend. It took trust on my side to send payments with no real guarantee that they would complete the work. The completed the work and always met the scope of the project. Their communication was always clear and they were very responsive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I do wish that the liaison was on Eastern Standard time. Sometimes meetings had to be scheduled for very early in the morning which can be hard for me.

Within few months after launching the app we received tremendous offline reviews to add more features and this team was able to give technical solutions for those features.

The project manager assigned to us was very good, professional, patient and has good communication skills. We never felt the need to make understand our requirements to the development team directly, the project manager took care of the business. The product was delivered on-time.

Clients feedback need to review thoroughly. Nonetheless they eventually solve the issues.

We had several meetings to discuss the scope and business model of the app, including its functionalities. Throughout time, we wanted to add more functionalities and API's that were very complex and the best part is that Konstant always had solutions for our problems/obstacles, which made the development of the app very smooth.

I was always in contact with my account manager/project manager (Raunak) and we had constant daily communication. We would also have meetings with the developing team. All I can say is that Konstant is a very transparent and cooperative company with their clients.

We launched today and we have 140 users registered, 82 vendors and 83 riders.

The project manager (Raunak) was very easy to communicate. He would always answer my messages, my calls and my emails. We communicate either by email or skype. In case he does not answer, he will get back to me as soon as he can.

I was impressed by their ability to figure out solutions for very complex situations/problems. We had issues with certain API's that were very complex and demanded a lot of time and research to find a solution on how to integrate the API according to our needs. And Konstant always found a solution.

I believe Konstant's team is very strong.

Given that Rohit is our first engineer, a lot of the processes that we have today was built as part of the many months that we worked together. We use Slack for communication. The scope of the work was to refactor our version 1 of the current portal platform to include more robust integration with 3rd party tools and add in workflow automation.

Able to meet deadlines and engineers are very awesome to work with! At the beginning, the way one of the engineers was operating did not work well with my style so I had to communicate that with Eeshan and Eeshan was able to solve this pretty quickly.

We have daily standup and a few hours of overlap in the morning for additional questions. During our sync up, we talked about what the engineers have worked on and what they will be working on tomorrow.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The people! They are all very amazing people to work with and I do see them as my coworkers who I have grown to understand and learn from every day.

The only area of improvement that I have for KonstantInfo is the code quality. There have been many times where I have to make additional changes since there are typos or the quality of the code isn't up to standard.
