Thanks to the web app they developed, we accelerated our processes a lot. In addition, this application has ceased to be an economic burden for us, as they have developed this application at an affordable cost compared to other companies.

Before starting the project, they learned about our wishes and needs through an online meeting with the first meeting. Afterwards, they conveyed the progress of the project with weekly meetings and received feedback from us. Later, we started using the application through a demo account and communicated the deficiencies. They completed these deficiencies and opened the application to us.

What impresses us the most is how they've finalized the project quickly and found immediate solutions to our needs.

We have administrative problems that we experience during production, sales and marketing activities. We were having problems because we did not use any software for workflow processes and distribution of work to departments. It started about the analysis and research process. They told us about a product they made in this area before. And they showed what they could do by showing different examples on it. We determined the features required for us and the project production process started. They used a cloud-based infrastructure. We held meetings about the project every two weeks and they informed us about the developments.

We have worked with 2 developers, 1 account manager and 1 UI designer so far. The account manager was generally interested in all processes and the owner of the company, Mr. Mustafa, attended some meetings and took care of us.

We have been using the software for about 3 months. In this process, our workflows became clearer and we are now able to control them even from our mobile phone. Our productivity has increased by more than 30% and our control has become stronger.

### HONDA Backoffice Systems
Honda Mutluhan, one of the first Honda dealers in Turkey, continues its sales, showroom and maintenance services in the automotive sector. At Honda Mutluhan, which operates Honda's largest service dealer, there was a need for a system where work time plans could be kept and work efficiency could be measured. At the same time, it was not possible to monitor the insurance and damage files in the incoming repairs. In order to solve these problems, we designed an integrated system with existing ERP systems. We have made the following improvements with this system:
* A Multi-Device Management system was established, where employees can manage with tablets in the field and computers in the office.
* Features such as automatic reporting and sending SMS to the customer were provided.
* It allowed them to save time by integrating the data into the company's DMS (Digital Media Server) systems.
* With this system; Employees can get work order information on the tablet and monitor their work. It also became possible to analyze how much time was spent on each job and whether the standard working time was adhered to.
This way, up to 30% of working time was saved in a short period of three months. At the same time, we provided the company with an integrated tracking system by enabling them to track all insurance-related processes from start to finish for damages filed with insurance files.


### Order Design and Management System
Founded in 1997 and serving in the printing industry, Bilir Basım is a company whose work has been documented with the ISO 9001-2008 Quality Assurance System. Production is made on special orders at Bilir Matbaa. The problems that the company sought to solve were as follows;
*The fact that the products that would be sent to printing by taking their orders did not have a system in which they could be monitored by the production. 
*Machine-Operator pairing was not possible
* Inability to plan the workforce that needed to be spent
As Indata company, we have established a system called 'Order Design and Management System' to solve these problems. We used Cloud technologies while establishing this system.
With this system we created, we offered the following solutions to the company:
*Transferring product order details to a digital platform,
* Keeping special requests of the order in the order details,
* Transferring the order details to the production area and tracking them from there,
* Reporting, archiving and sending the orders that are monitored to the management by email,
* Monitoring the product-machine workflow,
*Calculation of the time spent on the machines and the amount of labor used,
Within the scope of this project, we produced functional solutions at low cost. The company achieved a 16% increase in productivity within 2 months.


### Automatic Generation Of Catalogs
Kaleseramik, Turkey's largest ceramic tile manufacturer, which pioneered the establishment of the ceramic industry in Turkey and has important brands that set the trends, continues to add new products to its product range every year. Kaleseramik was preparing extensive catalogs with the necessary architectural features and technical documents for these new product groups. The reasons why the company needed Indata software solutions were as follows.:
* Manual generation of catalogs
* The manufacturing process required tens of thousands of hours of custom design labor for thousands of products
* Manual production process, causing a huge waste of energy and time
Kaleseramik needed a system that automates this process. With the software solution we produced in line with this need, we provided the following:
* Automatic technical catalog creation according to the created template
* High print quality output of these technical catalogs
* A PDF production quality beyond the capabilities of a standard software
At the same time, we integrated the infrastructure we created into a software. This way, we have provided;
* Ability to extract and transfer bulk data from existing ERP and PIM software
* Ability  to produce professional technical catalogs in the desired format.
Thus, we have reduced the annual effort requirement of tens of thousands of hours by 90-95%. As a result, we have provided an effective solution by increasing the production speed of technical catalogs by up to 2000%.


### OfisPratik Cloud Platform
Ofispratik is a cloud platform where companies operating serviced offices, virtual offices and joint offices can manage their own offices, from sales to management and the CRM processes they need. With this platform, which we call the Central Information Management System, we provided companies with the following features:
* Easy and fast automatic quotation
* Automatic contracting
* Ability to keep track of contracts
* Downloading, customizing and restoring offers and contracts
Thus, we have designed a cloud system that enables them to easily manage their office processes.


### Quality Tracking Software
Founded in 2015, UniqueTech Engineering is a company that has become an expert company on laser cladding, hardface applications and laser hardening. UniqueTech provides services in an important area by producing customized products on special orders. It was not possible to keep track of  the processes of the parts coming from the customer in the company. UniqueTech needed a production management tracking system suitable for their specific production processes, which they could not provide from standard ERP systems. For this need of the company, we developed a quality tracking software completely specific to them and their special order situations through analyzing their production processes, production sites and needs. With the software solution we provided to the company, we provided the following;
* Creating work order plans for the parts to be produced
* Analysis and reporting of data related to the offer and order on the basis of number and amount, which is an important need for the customer
* Calculation of the difference between the planned processing time and the actual processing time and measuring efficiency
Thus, we have provided a production tracking system where they can manage all processes in the factory, from proposal stage to quality control and delivery to the customer. This way, by regulating the company's process times, an increase in efficiency of up to 20% was achieved in processes.


### Air Quality Measuring Device Software
VOC (volatile organic compounds) and air quality measurement have become an important need, especially after Covid-19. VOC devices measure values such as air quality, temperature, humidity and pressure. These USB flash-sized devices get their electricity from the USB and transfer their data to the internet by a local network once it is connected. Soft Touch Technologies company was looking for a solution to the inability of high precision measurement of existing air quality measuring devices and to high installation cost. We offered the company an R&D business partnership to solve these problems. In this project;
●        We eliminated the need for installation and technical knowledge
●        We have designed a system so that the end user can easily pick up the devices and activate them on their own
●        We have provided an infrastructure installation in the cloud system, which corporations can also use, monitor, take action and open to the authority of different users
As an Indata company, in this hardware R&D work, we designed and implemented all processes from data collection to management portal and mobile application.


### Management System (Backoffice Solution)
Vaocar is a vehicle beauty and care chain that does its job diligently using new technology and the highest quality technical equipment, with nearly 20 service points across Turkey. Vaocar needed a management system that would calculate the product and service sales in its dealers and the commissions to be given to the dealers from these sales.
As Indata, we have developed a sales and management software for this need. With the software we developed, we have established a system that can be used without any additional installation and that dealers can connect and use instantly. Thus, we provided the company with the following capabilities:
* Dealers can manage the amount of orders they receive, their targeted sales, and their targeted premium earnings,
* Central management can monitor targets, prices and stock amounts of the dealers
In addition, thanks to the cloud structure of this software, we provided a solution by commissioning the project in a short time without any additional installation cost.

RS Servis provides fast, professional and economical auto service at 60 service points with its widespread service network throughout Turkey and its dealers serving abroad. It offers a wide range of services to its customers with repair systems, renew solutions and radiator service modules. In RS Servis, communication and task tracking could not be provided within the company itself, and between the company and the customer. The features of the system that RS Service company needed were as follows;
