Hyperlink InfoSystem

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a co-founder of TribeMinder, which offers a smartphone app by the same name that enables parents to exchange free babysitting favors with other parents.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We initially started our venture with another development company. We spent an exorbitant about of time and money but received a mediocre application. We transferred the work to Hyperlink InfoSystem with the hope that they could complete the application, eliminate all of the bugs, and support us in going live.

What were your goals for this project?

We hoped to fix the known list of issues and go live as soon as possible. Our goals changed as we discovered a lot more bugs than we initially realized. The goal then became to resolve all of those problems and make the product suitable for launch.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

My wife selected Hyperlink InfoSystem because they had positive online reviews from happy customers.

Describe the project in detail.

We agreed on a project plan that included dedicated resources working on our iOS and Android app, which would make it easier to predict costs and completion dates. I provided all of the product designs and handled much of the testing. We hoped to finish the bug fixes in a matter of weeks, but I was continually testing the application and discovering more bugs left over from the previous vendor. The testing phase became quite lengthy as a result. I also worked with Hyperlink InfoSystem to arrange our hosting services on AWS. I ended up picking up a lot of the AWS tasks because I absentmindedly did not name an AWS resource in the project plan. In retrospect, I should have requested an independent tester from their team, in addition to an AWS resource, to cut down on the extended processes of our project.

What was the team composition?

Hyperlink InfoSystem assigned a dedicated app developer and a part-time backend developer. Because I sometimes got stuck with some AWS issues, I relied on their team to assist when necessary.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Overall, I'm happy with the result. Hyperlink InfoSystem worked more efficiently and provided higher quality than our previous developer.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated via messaging on Skype almost daily, and we held weekly phone calls. I set up shared Google Sheets so that we could track bugs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was dedicated and flexible. It was convenient that the app developer acted as our main point of contact. He could process the functional requirements quite well and code the app, making separate business analysts or developers unnecessary. The whole team worked hard and cared about the success of our project. If they were falling behind on development, they worked on the weekends to make up the time.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In hindsight, I should have paid extra for someone from Hyperlink InfoSystem to act as an independent tester and AWS resource. Because I was the main tester, the work was somewhat unorganized and went back and forth between us, prolonging the whole project. The process would have been smoother had their developers and testers both worked on the project.

I also found that their team is not as familiar with AWS as I would have liked, which put the onus more on me. But ideally, that work would be incorporated into the project and cost.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of SNELFI LLC, a time restricted social media platform.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We needed a partner to develop a high-fidelity, highly functional prototype of our mobile app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I provided Hyperlink InfoSystem with a detailed manual and 250-page wireframe, and they followed the instructions well. They implemented every component of the iOS app’s functionality to create the prototype that I had designed.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a team of about seven people.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

I looked into numerous companies and contacted Deepak Deka (Business Manager, Hyperlink InfoSystem). He sent me some information, and I saw they had good reviews and ratings, so I hired them.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent $17,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from February–July 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve done some testing, and things have gone well so far. The prototype is so detailed and precise that our attorney used it to submit parts of our patent application.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Every time I had a problem or issue, Deka would deal with it immediately. He called me, even on his own time, to resolve concerns and meet tight deadlines. Uresh Patel (Project Manager, Hyperlink InfoSystem) was patient and understanding during the entire engagement, working hard to make sure he understood what I wanted. We mainly communicated over Skype

What did you find most impressive about them?

Harnil Oza (Owner, Hyperlink InfoSystem) took time to reach out to me and ask how the project was going. Their service was better than some of the top firms in the US, and I’d definitely work with them again. I couldn’t have picked a better team. Seven months after the project wrapped up, I ran into a problem, and they fixed it without charging me extra. For them, it’s more about doing a good job than money.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

They’re understanding and easy to communicate with. Give them a chance and, if you’re not satisfied, Oza will do everything he can to make you happy.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder of a motor video company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We hired Hyperlink InfoSystem to handle our iOS development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem developed our iOS app and the portals for UX/UI. The entire project consists of three native iOS apps that work together. We wanted something specific in terms of video solutions. They had to customize the app and certain plugins as well. The app is for retailers around the world to record bespoke video presentations of vehicles for their customers.

Using their design team, they designed everything from scratch. The whole project involved a detailed scope from our side to ensure the design was finished correctly. Hyperlink InfoSystem provided screenshots and PDFs to get our thoughts. They offered their opinions for processing to make everything look sleeker. After making a few changes, we agreed on all the visuals. Their team programmed then tested the apps.

What is the team composition?

We worked with their design team.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We found Hyperlink InfoSystem online where they ranked high on several review sites.

How much have you invested with them?

The project cost $40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement lasted from August 2018 to March 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everything went excellent. We had expectations and milestones to achieve. The project was broken down into certain phases with a timespan on it.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

The quality of work and communication was exceptional. Being in a different country, there is a time difference. Their team starts and finishes late to accommodate our group. Along with daily conversations on the phone, we communicate through Skype and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hyperlink InfoSystem adapts to our business. Our expectations were high from the beginning. There were times where we had to change our requirements and scope. They were flexible with that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, their team delivered such a fantastic product on time and budget.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure the scope is clear and that you spend time understanding what you want. Their team can help and guide you as to what you can do and what’s available in the market. Have an open mind and listen to their ideas. Make sure both teams agree on time schedules and communication methods. Try to stay organized because of the time difference. All of these things worked perfectly for us.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of a food ordering app.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

I needed a software company to transform my app from a concept to reality.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed an iOS and Android app with a web-based backend and a Google Maps integration. The app itself connects customers to restaurants and cafes.

What is the team composition?

I dealt with a project manager mostly.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

I contacted 10 companies. Hyperlink InfoSystem had the best and most ambitious response. They were willing to work hard to produce the best possible product.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent between $25,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 2018 until February 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I had to explain my idea to them a few times, and we went through a few rounds of changes, but we got great results. I’m getting positive feedback from users now.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

It was pretty good. They were very responsive, and the longest I had to wait for an answer was one day. They always followed up with me and had my back.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They try their hardest to learn and understand your idea and then apply it to an app.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I had several ideas for urgent changes before we developed the iOS version of the app, but sometimes they responded slowly. I wanted to ensure we didn’t make the same mistake twice.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be very clear in the design stage so there aren’t any surprises with the first version.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of a new mobile application that aims to bring a fresh twist to the current social network setup. Between life’s fast pace and our obsession with our phones, finding new people to share a deep connection with is becoming more and more difficult, and social media does not necessarily make it any easier.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Hyperlink?

I hired Hyperlink to create a custom mobile application for Android and iOS as well as the accompanying website.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to creatively adapt current technology to bring more positivity to social media.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I knew Indian companies tend to produce top-notch apps at affordable prices, so I searched Google for “best mobile app development companies in India.” I shortlisted several of the companies that appeared on multiple lists, one of which was Hyperlink. After conducting more thorough research and sending out inquiries, Hyperlink ultimately ranked the highest. Their ISO certification was also a bonus.

Describe the project in detail.

All I had was an idea, so I needed a good company to help bring it to life.  Also, since the leading social networking apps are dominated by global giants, I wanted a sound app with excellent UI/UX to help attract potential users.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of one project manager; two senior iOS developers; two senior Android developers; one senior web developer; one QA expert; one graphic designer; one sales manager; and one technical analyst.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app has not yet launched, so I cannot speak to that at the moment.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective. We used primarily WhatsApp for general matters, which allowed for instant communication, and Zoho Projects to discuss development and technical issues.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their exceptional customer service facilitated seamless problem solving. In addition, the app’s quality thus far has convinced me that my money has been well spent. Hyperlink was definitely the best choice.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would have preferred that they challenge my ideas or suggestions more. They have substantial development experience that I simply do not. Not everything I thought I wanted in the app would be best for the UX, so I would have appreciated hearing their constructive criticism.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the CEO of a recruitment agency. We connect recruiters with job candidates. Our operations initially took place entirely offline, but we’ve started to use online platforms and social networking sites to supplement our efforts.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We engaged Hyperlink InfoSystem to design the UI/UX and develop an application for iOS and Android devices.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to make it easier for users to access our services. The ultimate goal was to attract new leads and grow our business.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

After reading reviews on Clutch, we interviewed several companies. Hyperlink InfoSystem stood out to us by offering excellent support and comprehensive solutions to our challenges. They also were located nearby our office, which made communication more efficient.

Describe the project in detail.

Hyperlink InfoSystem built an iOS and Android app for job seekers. It included a web-based panel for recruiters and an admin panel for our internal use. The app connects recruiters and job seekers based on their criteria for candidates and job openings.

The platform uses complex metrics and algorithms to aid the matchmaking process. Hyperlink InfoSystem understood those metrics easily and implemented them within the app. After creating the UI/UX, they developed the app and the web panels.

What was the team composition?

We worked with an individual resource for each platform. In addition to an iOS developer, an Android developer, and a web developer, the team consisted of a UI/UX designer, a QA engineer, a project manager, an account manager, and a technical analyst. Shadow resources also assisted on all platforms, which was helpful.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched the app in mid-December 2018. At a demo event, the platform received an overwhelming response from visitors. In just under two months, over 100 companies have registered as paid users, and the app has two million total users. Hyperlink InfoSystem has stayed on to provide maintenance services. We’re looking into a second phase of development to add features soon.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project ran effortlessly from beginning to end. During development, our team of QA users tested each milestone’s deliveries—consisting of application builds and web backend links—alongside the Hyperlink InfoSystem QA team. Every delivery met our standards of quality.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Hyperlink InfoSystem demonstrated excellent communication skills and accessibility. Their technical expertise and quick understanding of our needs enabled a smooth project from start to finish.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I can’t think of anything.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the product head at Optimystix Entertainment, a TV production house. We’re focused on creating mobile games and interactive projects.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We needed to hire a company to develop our app for both iOS and Android platforms.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We began the process by providing them wireframes, which they used for creating the UI. With that, they provided us with a demo of the app. The basic functionality is for live streaming a show in which viewers can participate and be a part of the game show. We’re now in the final stage and are testing the app. Hyperlink InfoSystem will be providing two months of free bug fixing.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

When I Googled the top companies in India, I found them on Clutch as being the highest rated.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent 2.5 million Indian Rupees (approximately $35,124 USD) so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2018 and the collaboration is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

There are no major bugs in the products so far.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

I love working with them because they’re really good with communication and with their overall service. Their project manager met with us weekly and asked for feedback. We use Zoho and Skype to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication and customer support are really good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re great at doing what we tell them to do, but they should have people who can provide suggestions and new ideas. They’re talented but not good at coming up with something new themselves.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The client should be clear in terms of what their objectives are and what features they want to have.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We hired Hyperlink InfoSystem for development support.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

After finalizing a deal, we completed the first version of our product within two and a half months. Hyperlink InfoSystem developed one mobile app for iOS and two Android apps for clients and employees respectively.
Our product has been live in the market for six months now, and we’re planning to expand to other territories. We’re currently building the second version of our website and the sixth version.

What is the team composition?

On the commercial business side, I work directly with the CEO. A Senior Business Manager handles our daily communication.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We prepared a software requirement document for our website and our apps and approached multiple organizations to develop them. After a careful review process, we found that Hyperlink InfoSystem had the most competitive prices. They had the experience to complete our project in the timeframe that we wanted. I flew over to their office and was satisfied with their office setup. We finalized the deal after that meeting.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $40,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since September 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The product has been live since February. Hyperlink InfoSystem delivered a complete product based on the requirements we gave them. Taking customer feedback into account, we made a second version. They’ve continued to improve the UX, functionalities, and additional services in each new iteration. We’re happy with the work they’ve done.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem always responds promptly. At times, we’ve faced urgent issues and bugs, and they’re always there to support us as soon as possible.

The whole project was successful because of the project manager. He clearly understood our requirements and translated them to the developers on his side. We receive frequent updates on progress, issues, status, and what can be improved. He does a fantastic job of delivering the ideal service we need.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by the quality of Hyperlink InfoSystem’s work concerning the quote they gave us. They offered the most economical solution for our company. Other vendors could have made the same product quality, but they would have charged much more.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could provide support every day of the week. If there’s an issue on Sunday, we have to wait until Monday to resolve it.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

As long as any new client has the proper requirements written down in a detailed document, Hyperlink InfoSystem will deliver the product. They fully comprehended the scope of the project and all our expectations.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the CEO of a document translation and interpreting company, providing on-site interpreters for legal proceedings as well as document translations for attorneys and government agencies.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We needed help replacing our existing database and management software with a custom-built business processes platform that is customizable for our needs.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a solution that could manage business processes, such as automating accounts payable and accounts receivable. It also needed to provide workflow automation and API integrations to external services.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I tried several other vendors with little success; the project was not advancing. I selected Hyperlink InfoSystem after reading their positive reviews.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Hyperlink InfoSystem managed the entire project, starting by determining the scope of work. Their team did all of the graphic design, coding, and integrations. They created a multi-faceted platform that includes a customer portal and multiple business management features.

What was the team composition?

Hyperlink InfoSystem provided a dedicated project manager and an agile development team. We also worked with a business manager and a designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This project was very complex and required an advanced understanding of our industry. Their level of intelligence and comprehension of the minute details was quite impressive. They even were able to suggest valuable changes to our initial ideas.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They held regular meetings with our team to keep us in the loop throughout the process. Our assigned project manager was incredible. The project manager met daily with me so they could really understood all the requirements. They had excellent follow-up and attention to detail.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Having a dedicated project manager—who understood the project almost better than I did—was very important. I’ve worked with several other developers before and there’s no comparison to Hyperlink InfoSystem. Our platform is very complex, with many advanced functions and features, yet it was not a problem for their team. They were honest and consistent throughout the process. They never charged me extra, even though the project required immense amounts of hours.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

Nothing comes to mind.
