We’ve done some testing, and things have gone well so far. The prototype is so detailed and precise that our attorney used it to submit parts of our patent application.

Every time I had a problem or issue, Deka would deal with it immediately. He called me, even on his own time, to resolve concerns and meet tight deadlines. Uresh Patel (Project Manager, Hyperlink InfoSystem) was patient and understanding during the entire engagement, working hard to make sure he understood what I wanted. We mainly communicated over Skype

What did you find most impressive about them?

Harnil Oza (Owner, Hyperlink InfoSystem) took time to reach out to me and ask how the project was going. Their service was better than some of the top firms in the US, and I’d definitely work with them again. I couldn’t have picked a better team. Seven months after the project wrapped up, I ran into a problem, and they fixed it without charging me extra. For them, it’s more about doing a good job than money.

They’re understanding and easy to communicate with. Give them a chance and, if you’re not satisfied, Oza will do everything he can to make you happy.

Hyperlink InfoSystem developed our iOS app and the portals for UX/UI. The entire project consists of three native iOS apps that work together. We wanted something specific in terms of video solutions. They had to customize the app and certain plugins as well. The app is for retailers around the world to record bespoke video presentations of vehicles for their customers.

Using their design team, they designed everything from scratch. The whole project involved a detailed scope from our side to ensure the design was finished correctly. Hyperlink InfoSystem provided screenshots and PDFs to get our thoughts. They offered their opinions for processing to make everything look sleeker. After making a few changes, we agreed on all the visuals. Their team programmed then tested the apps.

Everything went excellent. We had expectations and milestones to achieve. The project was broken down into certain phases with a timespan on it.

The quality of work and communication was exceptional. Being in a different country, there is a time difference. Their team starts and finishes late to accommodate our group. Along with daily conversations on the phone, we communicate through Skype and WhatsApp.

Hyperlink InfoSystem adapts to our business. Our expectations were high from the beginning. There were times where we had to change our requirements and scope. They were flexible with that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, their team delivered such a fantastic product on time and budget.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure the scope is clear and that you spend time understanding what you want. Their team can help and guide you as to what you can do and what’s available in the market. Have an open mind and listen to their ideas. Make sure both teams agree on time schedules and communication methods. Try to stay organized because of the time difference. All of these things worked perfectly for us.

I had to explain my idea to them a few times, and we went through a few rounds of changes, but we got great results. I’m getting positive feedback from users now.

It was pretty good. They were very responsive, and the longest I had to wait for an answer was one day. They always followed up with me and had my back.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They try their hardest to learn and understand your idea and then apply it to an app.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I had several ideas for urgent changes before we developed the iOS version of the app, but sometimes they responded slowly. I wanted to ensure we didn’t make the same mistake twice.

Be very clear in the design stage so there aren’t any surprises with the first version.

I am the founder of a new mobile application that aims to bring a fresh twist to the current social network setup. I knew Indian companies tend to produce top-notch apps at affordable prices, so I searched Google for “best mobile app development companies in India.” I shortlisted several of the companies that appeared on multiple lists, one of which was Hyperlink. After conducting more thorough research and sending out inquiries, Hyperlink ultimately ranked the highest. Their ISO certification was also a bonus.

All I had was an idea, so I needed a good company to help bring it to life.  Also, since the leading social networking apps are dominated by global giants, I wanted a sound app with excellent UI/UX to help attract potential users.

The team consisted of one project manager; two senior iOS developers; two senior Android developers; one senior web developer; one QA expert; one graphic designer; one sales manager; and one technical analyst.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app has not yet launched, so I cannot speak to that at the moment.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective. We used primarily WhatsApp for general matters, which allowed for instant communication, and Zoho Projects to discuss development and technical issues.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their exceptional customer service facilitated seamless problem solving. In addition, the app’s quality thus far has convinced me that my money has been well spent. Hyperlink was definitely the best choice.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would have preferred that they challenge my ideas or suggestions more. They have substantial development experience that I simply do not. Not everything I thought I wanted in the app would be best for the UX, so I would have appreciated hearing their constructive criticism.

I’m the CEO of a recruitment agency. We connect recruiters with job candidates. Our operations initially took place entirely offline, but we’ve started to use online platforms and social networking sites to supplement our efforts.

Hyperlink InfoSystem built an iOS and Android app for job seekers. It included a web-based panel for recruiters and an admin panel for our internal use. The app connects recruiters and job seekers based on their criteria for candidates and job openings.

The platform uses complex metrics and algorithms to aid the matchmaking process. Hyperlink InfoSystem understood those metrics easily and implemented them within the app. After creating the UI/UX, they developed the app and the web panels.

What was the team composition?

We worked with an individual resource for each platform. In addition to an iOS developer, an Android developer, and a web developer, the team consisted of a UI/UX designer, a QA engineer, a project manager, an account manager, and a technical analyst. Shadow resources also assisted on all platforms, which was helpful.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched the app in mid-December 2018. At a demo event, the platform received an overwhelming response from visitors. In just under two months, over 100 companies have registered as paid users, and the app has two million total users. Hyperlink InfoSystem has stayed on to provide maintenance services. We’re looking into a second phase of development to add features soon.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project ran effortlessly from beginning to end. During development, our team of QA users tested each milestone’s deliveries—consisting of application builds and web backend links—alongside the Hyperlink InfoSystem QA team. Every delivery met our standards of quality.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Hyperlink InfoSystem demonstrated excellent communication skills and accessibility. Their technical expertise and quick understanding of our needs enabled a smooth project from start to finish.

There are no major bugs in the products so far.

I love working with them because they’re really good with communication and with their overall service. Their project manager met with us weekly and asked for feedback. We use Zoho and Skype to communicate.

Their communication and customer support are really good.

They’re great at doing what we tell them to do, but they should have people who can provide suggestions and new ideas. They’re talented but not good at coming up with something new themselves.

They're creating a website and two mobile apps for Android and iOS. I’m the owner of Skkyn Technologies, a technology startup located in Dubai. Users can order on-demand car washes at their home or office through our app or website. We also have an employee app for coordination.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

After finalizing a deal, we completed the first version of our product within two and a half months. Hyperlink InfoSystem developed one mobile app for iOS and two Android apps for clients and employees respectively. 
Our product has been live in the market for six months now, and we’re planning to expand to other territories. We’re currently building the second version of our website and the sixth version.

What is the team composition? 

On the commercial business side, I work directly with the CEO. A Senior Business Manager handles our daily communication.

We prepared a software requirement document for our website and our apps and approached multiple organizations to develop them. The product has been live since February. Hyperlink InfoSystem delivered a complete product based on the requirements we gave them. Taking customer feedback into account, we made a second version. They’ve continued to improve the UX, functionalities, and additional services in each new iteration. We’re happy with the work they’ve done.

Hyperlink InfoSystem always responds promptly. At times, we’ve faced urgent issues and bugs, and they’re always there to support us as soon as possible. 

The whole project was successful because of the project manager. He clearly understood our requirements and translated them to the developers on his side. We receive frequent updates on progress, issues, status, and what can be improved. He does a fantastic job of delivering the ideal service we need. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by the quality of Hyperlink InfoSystem’s work concerning the quote they gave us. They offered the most economical solution for our company. Other vendors could have made the same product quality, but they would have charged much more. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could provide support every day of the week. If there’s an issue on Sunday, we have to wait until Monday to resolve it.

This project was very complex and required an advanced understanding of our industry. Their level of intelligence and comprehension of the minute details was quite impressive. They even were able to suggest valuable changes to our initial ideas.

They held regular meetings with our team to keep us in the loop throughout the process. Our assigned project manager was incredible. The project manager met daily with me so they could really understood all the requirements. They had excellent follow-up and attention to detail.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Having a dedicated project manager—who understood the project almost better than I did—was very important. I’ve worked with several other developers before and there’s no comparison to Hyperlink InfoSystem. Our platform is very complex, with many advanced functions and features, yet it was not a problem for their team. They were honest and consistent throughout the process. They never charged me extra, even though the project required immense amounts of hours.

We're one of the biggest financial service providers in Singapore. We work with banks, insurance, and financial consulting services. I'm one of the board directors.

People were investing millions of dollars in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, so we wanted to develop something similar.

What were your goals for this project?

We had many customers asking for these services, so we wanted to create something to address that needed.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We needed a vendor and initially got quotes from many companies in Singapore and the U.S. They quoted millions of dollars for the project, so we began to search for Indian companies. We went online and my IT head helped us out.

When we initially talked with Hyperlink Infosystem, they were new to this technology and had just one project with Blockchain. However, many other companies lied and said they had done 50 or more projects like this one. Hyperlink's honesty made them our first choice.

Describe the project in detail.

Some of the app's features allow users to hold their own private keys and digital wallets. We used decentralized exchange (DEX), which isn't common in many apps. We also have multi-coin buy/sell and Bitcoin trading, as well as many other cryptocurrencies. I can't disclose more as it's still under development.

We had a team of eight developers working on the project with one project manager. Our main contact was between the project manager and my IT head.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've tested the app with around 10,000 employees working with our company and are currently getting their feedback.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We get regular weekly updates from the project manager. It was always well tested on their end. We've faced some errors, but that's normal with app development.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The response was really timely and also they have a good team of experienced developers.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They didn't send the developers to our office in Singapore. If they did, the project process could be much faster, but we're happy with what we've got.
