I am a healthcare consultant, in charge of a few countries within the Asia Pacific region.

For what projects/services did your company hire ENVO BPO?

Our Asia Pacific office has been around for over 20 years. However, our brand presence in some of the countries needed be boosted, so engaged ENVO BPO to carry out a database collection via telemarketing of the key stakeholders in healthcare organizations where we can reach out to with our services.

What were your goals for this project?

To boost brand presence and reach out the key stakeholders; Our goal was to reach all public, private, governmental agencies stakeholders that would have interest in the our products and services.

How did you select ENVO BPO?

We did a google search and found ENVO listed as one of the top call centres in the telemarketing sector. We also looked through their website and reached out to discuss on the project.

We did an introduction of our company, what we specialise in and who are our target stakeholders. We trained ENVO staff on what to look for while building this database.

What was the team composition?

We had a team lead to provide us with weekly updates and a few agents doing the reach out.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We went through the database and were happy that the database was detailed and comprehensive, the calls were recorded so that we were able to revisit and understand what are the stakeholders looking for.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

it was seamless as the team leader provides weekly updates. We also communicated frequently through instant messaging so that any issues/questions can be addressed almost immediately.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed by how equipped the team leader and team members were, they were volatile and absorb really quickly on what are our key products and services.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Overall, we are satisfied with the work. However, the turn around time to kick-start the project can be improved - instead of 1 month.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase the effectiveness of our lead generation campaigns and bring more sales to increase our revenue.

How did you select this vendor?

A friend of ours have worked with them before previously as well and recommended them.

We contacted them, and did an initial meet up to explain our requirements to them. They came back to us with a proposal in the services they could provide to detail out how they planned to assist our company in not only generating more leads, but also qualifying our leads.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a team and all communications were made through a team manager where we thoroughly provided them with the expectations that we had. We had to go quite in depth with our sales processes, but we appreciate that they took the time to learn about our business before the execution.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They did exactly what we required and surpassed our expectations. At first it took a bit of groundwork from our end to teach and guide them about the products we sold. But we do not regret engaging them one bit. Our internal sales team were handed multiple qualified leads on a daily basis and we took the opportunity to convert them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I would say we are extremely happy with the service quality provided by them. They were very professional throughout as well. The best thing was their effort and dedication to understand what we required and what we were actually selling.
