The Moriitalia application is made by the team at Emizen, will retrieve the data already available from our website, then present it to the application with an interface designed by the Emizen team. The functions on the website must be transferred to the application: product catalog, product information, promotional banners, policies and company profile.

With an expected time of 1 month for B2C application and 1 month for B2B application, Emizen has done exactly the proposed content, in addition to support us a lot in the process of building connection gate. between the two applications.

With a partner, I created a fitness and workout app that allows users to join workout programs virtually and train over video.

They created the application that holds all of the workout programs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We provided them with a series of sketches that laid out our vision for the final app. From there, they developed a draft and took our feedback on the work. We collaborated in this iterative process to continue improving the app. The platform is almost finished at this point. 

The final app will be available for iOS users. If we’re impressed with the results, then we will consider building out an Android version as well.

We have one main point of contact that was managing the process. We also worked with three developers as well as a database specialist.

We’ve been working with them since April 2020. The project timelines were lengthened by us because we’re both students that needed to also focus on school during this time.

They built exactly what we wanted, according to our feedback and sketches. We gave them our ideas, and they translated them into the digital world. They implemented our designs very well.

We communicate via Skype, and they react very quickly to our questions. Even if we contact them in the middle of the night, I can always count on a response. 

In our iterative feedback process, we provided our thoughts on their work through screenshots. We sent PDF files containing our input on their work for them to address in future iterations. That worked well. They were an organized team, centralizing communication through a project manager.

They truly understood our goals with the project. Their communication and organization skills really stood out.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

UX of the website has improved tremendously since hiring them. Certain basic features that were lacking in the website have now been completed by them. Also, worked on certain difficult to implement features, that I wasn't sure if they will be able to do. But they were able to deliver with relative ease

Trello is used for task management. Daily reports on work done are sent by Project Co-ordinator. The developer working on my project is always available to chat. However, task timelines before a task is started are not provided. I feel like cost analysis of the task before starting it should be provided, as that would help the company hiring them to allocate cost and resources accordingly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The overall knowledge and expertise of the developers are commendable. They know Magento inside out and can help you with the most challenging of tasks related to the framework. The team is not reliant on one person for this knowledge, multiple people with this knowledge and expertise are available for help, so you are never in trouble with regards to the completion of a feature.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Company founders are a little hesitant to talk to their clients once the project has resumed. I feel like for the benefit of the company, and for the benefit of the client, and also for a client-vendor relationship, they should be more forthcoming to interact with the clients. Other than that, they are doing a fantastic job.

We hired Emizen Tech to create social sharing integrations for our application. This included sharing features across social channels like, facebook, instagram, linkedin, pinterest, tumbler etc. It also involved integrations with web builder platforms like wordpress, shopify, wix and other.

We required for the features to work well and then later for it to be integrated with Glorifyapp applications. UX/UI designs were provided to Emizen Tech and their job was to implement it.

We found Emizen Tech on clutch along with a few other vendors. Emizen Tech showed great professionalism, able to understand requirements quickly and easily. The founder was easy to speak to and to work out all the details with.

They developed the integrations and then worked with our internal team to get the implementation done. The project began with a discovery call to identify the requirements. Emizen Tech followed up with research and provide different solutions. Not much explanations or hand holding were required. Once development was completed Emizen Tech provided documentation to our internal team to complete the integrations. Any issues were resolved by active participation from Emizen Tech.

We had a great project manager who happened to also be the founder of the company and 1-2 main high end developer to get the project completed.

This project is very important for the growth of our company. We are very much committed to our product development. This project was a great milestone ticked off the development road map.

Project management was very impressive. Regular communications and immediate response. Slack, whatsapp and skype was used for back and forth communication.

Clients have great access to project manger and backend developers. Open and responsive communication and feedback. Willingness and ready to implement feedback, changes and suggestions.

Very little they could improve. Only suggestion would be to finalise on costing before starting on development so that leaves no misunderstanding later.

The team made the backend such that I can track the stop loads and input details and updates. They are going to be working on some website projects, as well.

I’m the CEO of HairBow Center. We’re a crafting supplier. We sell ribbons and embellishments for the ribbon and hair bow industry.

What challenge were you trying to address with Emizen Tech?

We were experiencing slow page loads, some generalized errors, and we mainly brought them in as a consultant to uncover where the real slowdowns were. On top of that, they helped with image optimization and loading processes to bring our pages up to speed.

It boils down to two different things. Initially, we contacted them to assist us with some website performance issues with our Magento 2 installation. Once we were comfortable with their level of expertise, we started asking them about what else they can do. We found out they were proficient in Python and a few other languages, so we had them write the code for our cloud-based ERP software.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, they helped us optimize the entire site. After that, they began working on our ERP system.

The first application we built with them was a cycle counting and inventory application to streamline our processes. Essentially, they created a mobile app that we can go in and quickly search for a groping of products that match a certain filter. It pulls data from our ERP through the API and displays it in a way that’s very user-friendly. It allows us to bulk edit and quickly push out corrected quantities of multiple items in a streamlined fashion.

Now we’re building a new that’s going to integrate messaging as well into our CRM and ERP. Basically, they’re tying that all together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

 Regarding page speed, they were able to we were able to get about 30% improvement on the pages that they worked on. The app is fully live now and we’re using it. The app alone is going to save us between 30%–50% man-hours when it comes to doing large cycle counts. It’s a much better UI. They custom-designed it to fit our needs specifically.  

How did Emizen Tech perform from a project management standpoint?

They used a time tracking tool that they suggested, so I get reports. As far project management goes, our project manager and I check in on Skype several times a week to make sure everything is staying on track.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their code is excellent. We’ve had to make very few revisions. Often, other offshore development teams struggle with understanding what we’re looking for. In contrast, Emizen Tech has done a very good job conceptualizing our vision and turning it into a reality.
