I’m the director of operations for a real estate residential sales company.

What challenges were you trying to address with Elevated Remote Services?

We needed help automating our scorecards, pulling data from different sources into one platform, completing monotonous daily tasks, and communicating with team members as needed to make their jobs easier.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Elevated Remote Services runs weekly and daily scorecards and takes complete control of them for us. They provide accurate information that they consolidate from multiple different platforms week in and week out. The team also handles commission payments and document verification. Moreover, they assist with marketing services, including putting together all the data our marketing team needs to create social media posts, reviews to send to be posted on socials, and content to send to the marketing team for email campaigns.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, had good value for the cost, and had company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in April 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Elevated Remote Services has taken hours away from our in-office team members. As a result, we’ve cut down on our in-office staff and use much less expensive work, which has helped us reduce our expenses quite a bit. The team has also created workflows that we still use for agents and operational staff to be more effective. For example, our listing coordinator can handle twice as many deals, and our transaction coordinators can handle an additional 10 deals a month because they can delegate half of their tasks to a virtual assistant. As the operations director, I’m able to handle another entire side of the business because all the reports I need are generated for me and sent to my inbox. We don’t have to purchase other technology because the reports are fully customizable and done for us.

How did Elevated Remote Services perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time. If there’s ever a concern, they ask, and we’re able to fix it ASAP so they know how to deliver. If there’s a delay, it’s because we haven’t given them what they need. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Elevated Remote Services’ communication skills are impressive. They communicate at such a high level with us. They understand real estate at a high level, have worked with every CRM out there, and know the basic processes of pretty much everything we need because they’ve done it before. They’re super helpful and give us great insight into things we don’t know.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.

We have had ERS with us since 2017 and I'm not sure what the business would look like now if we didn't hire them back in 2017. We started with one person and continued to add on ERS experts as the business grew. We now have 6 VAs and some have been with us for practically the entire time.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

 They take all the stress off of the analytics and reporting. We are able to elevate our admin and staff and leadership to be really able to spend time training the agents and helping grow their business...which ultimately helps us stay in business.
